The place was spacious, including the bedrooms, and very clean. The bathroom was also spotless. The key code entry for both the lobby and the apartment was convenient for everyone in my group. The hosts were responsive to all concerns, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Oh my what an experience to stay in the Plaza Mayor! It was so much fun and very convenient. The balcony views are amazing! This is a corner unit with three balconies. Convenient and in the middle of all the activities. The apartment was spacious and clean. Everyone was very lovely and helpful. Highly recommend a stay at this great apartment!

Location, location, location! It was close to many restaurants, cafes & shops. It was a bit tight for three adults but was not an issue because we spent most of the days being outside exploring. The AC was a huge plus for us on summer hot days!

The location was excellent, and Pablo was incredibly responsive and helpful. The Airbnb itself is a charming and well-decorated space. My only suggestion would be to add hooks in the bathroom for towels and a dustbin. Everything else was amazing, we had an excellent stay.

Compact but cozy studio had everything we needed to explore (and retreat for downtime/rest) from Malasana. Such an energetic area with grocery, bars, restaurants, bakeries close and so many options for all tastes and budgets. We think this is the best area to stay in Centro Madrid and these apartment hotels will be perfect for many travelers! Close to metro stops and easy to navigate. Quiet side street at nighttime. Slept peacefully. Bed was comfy, basic kitchen and washing needs met, bathroom rain shower and towel warming rack were unexpected luxuries. Having management on site for most of the hours was helpful and we felt secure and well supported should we need anything. They let us checkin early but also would have held our bags if needed. Would certainly stay again.

Everything was perfect and just as described. The studio is in a tourist apartment building then there is almost no noise and the people are respectful. The host is always attentive and both check in and check out instructions were accurate. The only downside is the location but by metro you arrive in 20 minutes to downtown and you are close to everything (supermarkets, etc.)

Easy access place, metro, supermarkets nearby, bakeries in the end what was necessary was inside the place, we were a week and we felt it very good , for the kitchen just what was needed. It was worth it to spend in Ramón's apartment.

The place didn’t worth the money as all places in European capitals, right know. So my compline is not a Kiara’s place but use this as a msg for all have his: Just thinking that are so many peoples with a minimum salary that only pays one room/studio. If we forgot that big humanity issue, o would say a little bit expensive for the size, but that the prince in that area,

Ramon's always very helpful and laid back. If you get the room on the top floor like I did, there's almost no noise. Dryer, terrace, everything super nice!
