This place is a hidden gem! We were so pleased that we happened to fluke this place as our stay before heading to Newcastle and were so pleased! It was such a quiet, peaceful place to stay. It’s out of the busyness of the city but close enough to everything if you need. Berowra waters is just down the road. We had two young children with us and found we had plenty of room for us all. The beds were SUPER comfortable, beautiful linens and had everything we could need. The host was very kind and helpful! The only downside was we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved to stay in the unit. It feels just like home especially the part that it is detached from the main house and comes with its own laundry and other amenities….Rebecca is a fun person to talk to if you run into her as she never gets in the way of your privacy during the stay !!!! We would highly recommend her place on the island!!!

had an excellent stay at this Airbnb in Bateau Bay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to local cafes and shops. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor space was a great spot to relax. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful coastal getaway, I highly recommend this place! I’ll definitely be returning.

An amazing place that delivers more than is listed on the site, with added extras such as the provision of surf equipment (e.g. boogie boards), thoughtful touches like a cool bag for transporting cold food and drinks, some kitchen basics (cooking oil, fruit juice). The space is large and very well thought-out. The half bathroom on the upper level is nice to have.

Tammie’s place was super convenient for us! Check-in was easy and everything was readily available to use. The dishwasher came in handy! We could tell that the house was thoughtfully put together. The shower booth was very spacious which was an additional plus for us. There were a lot of towels to use. The area is quiet as well so it felt homey. Quick drive to multiple beaches! Thank you for the comfortable stay 👍🏻

The boathouse is a very beautiful place to stay. Fishing off the jetty was great fun and we appreciated having our dog with us :) Check in and communication with the hosts was easy. Unfortunately we had quite windy weather so it was a bit challenging cooking with the outdoor kitchen. The fire pit and pizza oven looked fantastic but we weren’t able to utilise this time around.

Our stay at Salty was wonderful. Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood it was just a short distance from Forresters beach which is dog friendly. Plenty of Uber eats options nearby or you can use the kitchen which had ample supplies provided. The place was clean and fresh and the bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed and Ella was happy to provide anything more should we need it throughout our stay. We highly recommend Salty and would happily stay again!

We spent almost a month in Maryana’s place. We couldn’t have been happier or more comfortable. It almost felt like home. Maryana was quick to answer any questions and to provide anything we asked for. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, quiet and private. We would stay here again absolutely! We had a lovely stay during Christmas. The place is very private and comfortable, and full of all the little things that made our stay great. It has everything you need and more. It was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The location is very quiet and central, perfect to visit the Central Coast. Would love to stay again!

Where should I start? Soon we turned onto the road, spotted the house, we were thrilled. When we opened the front gate, saw the pool, our mouth dropped. The whole place was very tidy, clean and thoroughly arranged. Beach towels for the pool swimming, tick! Basket of toy for the little one, tick! Extra hand towels, blankets, tick! Snacks, coffee pods, tick tick tick. Clear instructions about how to operate electronic items. Lots of information about exploring surroundings local area. Jamie and Zoe are very friendly host and easy to approach but the problem is they set our bar for holiday house really high now!! Would recommend to all my families and friends. And definitely will come back again! Thanks for giving us such a relaxing and wonderful getaway.

An ideal location for a person with struggles with Mental Health. Her respite period was illuminating for her and the added bonus of the internal spa bath made her transition away from home much easier than anticipated.

Anne-Marie’s place is even more magical than in the pictures. The sandstone adds such a charm and we had all the amenities needed to enjoy a cozy night in when we wanted to. We would definitely want to come back at some point! Thank you again Anne-Marie! :)

My parents stayed there for 2 nights and 3days. The unit had the warmth of a wooden house made of solid wood. They had everything one could ask for- the amenities include a large refrigerator, various cooking utensils, a dining table, a shoe rack, a comfortable sofa and a ceiling fan. The living room was spacious with a sofa bed and it was perfect for a couple to relax. They loved the private terrace where they could enjoy coffee while gazing at the night sky. The host provided them with freshly picked herbs from the garden. Above all, the hosts were very friendly and attentive taking care of everything like a daughter and son-in-law. My parents truly felt at home and had a comfortable stay for 2 nights and 3 days. Wishing happiness and peace always to the two of you, your two sons, and Hans.
