First airbnb with more than 10 guests. Was worried it was not going to be able to accommodate but I was wrong. great hone and no one had any complaints.

Where do I start. Juli is AMAZING to work with. She is TRULY a GEM. I feel like we've gained a life-long friend (as odd as that sounds). Her communication is SUPERB. She is full of ideas, recommendations, and just all out GREAT ADVICE. She was our first Airbnb booking and she made the process absolutely seamless. She had outstanding ideas and recommendations to local grocery stores, things to do, etc. She explained the check-in process in AMAZING detail and we had no questions going in. She was always available to reach out to if we needed ANYTHING and gave the BEST advice. Thank you, Juli -- for an AMAZING week full of memories. This was our FIRST family trip as a group of 7 and we can't wait to make this a regular thing. You truly are the BEST to work with!!

This is a beautiful place. My family and I had plenty of room. The grounds are gorgeous and it’s so quiet. We’ll definitely try to come back for a longer stay. Loree is very responsive and helpful. The wine was great too!

We had an amazing stay at this private estate. The home was beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We couldn’t use the pool due to weather conditions but soaked in the hot tub enjoying the breathtaking views. The location is 3min to freeway, close to great restaurants and wine country. Host (Darqsha) was incredibly welcoming and provided great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and communication was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! It was unforgettable experience!

I stayed at Justino’s place for three days. Although it was a short stay, I had a great experience! First of all, the pictures on Airbnb listing page don’t show enough how clean and well managed this place is. I’m very sensitive with house dust and can get mild reaction to it pretty easily like sneeze, runny nose… But stepping into this place felt so good and clean! I sincerely appreciate the host who keeps their property really nice and clean, and Justino is definitely one of the best on that. He is also genuinely kind person who cares a lot about his guests. He helped me a lot not only during my stay but also before the stay! Perfect place to stay alone and enjoy time to yourself. Could be also great for two people. Everything guests need is stocked up pretty well. Need something you can’t find? Justino will happily offer to help. Thanks Justino for making my stay comfortable in every possible way! We did a little staycation in Fallbrook for a friend's wedding and Phyllis's place was AMAZING! Absolutely gorgeous, so spacious, and felt like a home away from home. It was a little tricky navigating the windy road up arriving in the dark, but once we did it once it was easy! Everything inside was easy to find with labels and Phyllis was so thoughtful with some snacks and wine left out for us. I was so sad we didn't get to spend more time at the house since we spent all day on Saturday getting ready for the wedding and attending wedding festivities. I love Monserate Winery and would love to come back here to properly relax and enjoy the scenery and Monserate! Thanks so much, Phyllis!

The “Tuscan Villa” was aptly named as it truly had a very Mediterranean vibe. The place was spacious enough to accommodate my extended family for our Thanksgiving Day dinner. Everyone had a great time catching up with all the comings and goings on of different family members. Needless to say, a good time was had by all! Heidi answered any questions I had tout de suite and dealt with a minor problem in a timely manner.

I celebrated my 30th birthday weekend here & everything was perfect from the moment I entered the villa. The host was so friendly & responsiveness throughout my stay. She even greeted me with a sweet note, a bottle of wine & some doggie treats for my dog upon arrival. The location is tranquil & private & the views are breathtaking. Absolutely recommend!

The spacious, beautifully designed house felt like a dream, with Christmas-themed touches adding a magical, cozy vibe. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing and soaking in stunning sunset views, and the hot tub was pure luxury. Shawn’s attention to detail stood out, from plentiful towels and a stocked laundry room to a super comfortable game room for the family. The BBQ smoker and fully equipped chef’s kitchen made cooking a delight. The property offered plenty of storage, privacy, and a serene pond that added to its charm. Shawn’s thoughtful touches, like popcorn, cookies, and coffee, made us feel incredibly welcome. Her communication and care were unmatched, ensuring a 5-star experience. We can’t recommend this property enough—thank you, Shawn, for an unforgettable stay!

Dejourne was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. The space was perfect for our family, with a fantastic play area full of toys and activities for the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious, ideal for hosting a large group. The front yard was expansive and offered a stunning view from the top of the hill, giving a sense of seclusion and escape from the city. Highly recommend!

Stunning home. I want to travel back to 2019 when it sold and buy it. Lol. Super quiet and peaceful! Hot tub was clean and fancy, the whole family loved the dedicated home theater. We went on walks up to the top of the property and wow!

Casa Nera was BEAUTIFUL we were in love with the pictures and even more in love with the space when we were there in person. There is so much to do just in the comfort of the Airbnb. We definitely wish we booked more time here. The movie room was amazing, and extremely comfortable. The pool/jacuzzi was so peaceful and amazing. The bathrooms were extremely nice, and the house has beautiful views. The stay was well worth the money. Richard and Tera were both very sweet and helpful/informative with our trip. I have nothing but great things to say we absolutely LOVED our stay here 🩷!

This place was super cool and much bigger than expected (when judging by the pictures). The downstairs "apartment" was a big hit with the teens. Its fairly secluded, which we like, but you will need a car to get to anywhere. Also, its on a private road which is closed in one end (the "left" or west end) but both ends still shows up when using GPS directions. So, when looking at a map make sure you come at the house from the right side (east), not the left (west).
