The place is comfortable, it's just that the air conditioning in the room is not cold. It looks like you need maintanance. Then it can be equipped with basic furniture such as a closet for the room, a water dispenser and hangers in the bathroom.

I had a great stay at this place! It is very centrally located, just a few minutes from Pakuwon City Mall, which makes it very convenient for shopping or enjoying a wide selection of restaurants and entertainment. Access to the inn is also very easy and available 24 hours, so no worries if coming in late at night. The room is very comfortable and clean, with complete facilities that make me feel at home. What I appreciate the most is the responsiveness of the owner. The owner is very quick and friendly in responding to questions or requests, providing excellent service during the stay.

I had such a great stay here while working on my photography project. The place was clean, and checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. The host was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed especially for my specific schedule for check in and out. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, Thank you!

- my kid loved the bunk bed - main room has a small WIC to put my lugage. - its important : the aircond is cold. Perfect for stay at the hot weather. Thank you - sofa is big and soft. - have a wifi but very slow conncetion. - direct to shopping center. - the kitchen is clean. - the refrigeratior quite cold. Great place to stay at, location & city view was excellent, apartment facilities & services were top-notch, host was helpful and friendly. When host was informed that there was a faulty bidet, she immediately got it fixed the next day. Thanks for hosting us, would definitely stay in the apartment again!

We had a wonderful stay in Surabaya thanks to Hutomo. The unit was in a very convenient area being connected to Pakuwon Mall with easy access to tons of restaurants, shops and stores. The onsite gym is small but has everything you need and the pools were great and hardly ever busy. For those doing a long stay (we stayed 2.5 weeks), just a head’s up that your amenities do not get refilled. IE: drinking water, toilet paper, etc. but is easily found in the mall.

I booked Jeff's place for my brother, and I can’t tell you how thrilled he was with the experience! The property was spotless and had such a delightful aroma that made it feel like a home away from home. Jeff and Grace were incredibly helpful, guiding us through the check-in and check-out process with such warmth. If you’re looking to stay above Pakuwon Mall, I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff's place! It’s such a wonderful spot!

Popy was very friendly and responsive. She replaced the thinner white curtains with darker and thicker fabric ones for the windows as suggested. The issue others mentioned in previous reviews regarding noise did not bother us as the traffic was not that heavy on the road outside except during a short window during rush hours - most vehicles passed by without my notice. When we had music on, that was a non-issue. Thank you popy.
