Our stay at Cathy’s place was wonderful!! A beautiful home, well stocked and close to everything we wanted!! Cathy was extremely thoughtful, providing pool toys for the kids, a high chair and portacot. They were also kind enough to let us check in early and show us around personally. Overall a wonderful family holiday in a great location, walking distance to gorgeous beaches, restaurants and playgrounds for the kids! The house had everything and more than we needed, extra towels, pantry items, games and books. We felt right at home!

We really enjoyed our holiday at Longboard Beach House. The beach was only a short walk away through bushland and the pool was ideal for keeping cool on the hot summer days. The pool area and backyard were very tranquil and private and we felt very comfortable that our dog, Maxi, was safe in the fully fenced backyard. Louise was also very friendly and helpful during our stay.

A fabulous place for 5 work colleagues to stay while attending a conference at the local hospital. Plenty of room for all of us to stay very comfortably with beautiful spacious shared spaces in and outside. The location is close to the beach allowing for lovely walks along the beach. We all agreed that would love to return to these gorgeous house with our individual families. Anne and David were fantastic hosts!!!!

It was great to return to Charity's house. The combination of a pool plus easy walking access to the beach is a real winner. Charity's house includes lots of lovely extras that you don't get at other properties.....toys, beach equipment, scooters, bikes, LOTS of glasses, seriously fabulous kitchen, wine fridge, quality crockery and cutlery, aircon, etc. We loved the Friday night food market in Marcoola and the lovely relaxed vibe of the area. We'd definitely recommend this property.

We had the most amazing experience. we like to do holiday houses with the family once a year and this has been our favourite so far. amazing location, really great communication with the host and we could even check in early on the day. honestly thank you so much we'll definitely be back!

Ideal location, just a short step away from Shelly beach. The best part of this property is the sun room overlooking the ocean where you can catch the ocean breeze.

We found the houses great for 14 people to stay . With torrential rain on one of our days we did find the living room a bit cramped but when sun was out we had lots of space in and out . The kids loved the pool. The yard was suitable to play some games as well. We loved the fact we could walk to shops and beach . We were there for the markets so another plus . We didn’t have to use our cars for 3 days . We didn’t have a microwave for our stay which meant no popcorn during our movie night so we had to pivot to chips . There was plenty of dinnerware for our crowd and the dishwasher got a real work out. Because there are no blinds in the bedrooms be prepared to rise early with the sunrise ! The ocean breezes kept us nice and cool . The grandchildren loved all the green tree frogs that visited us . We really enjoyed our stay .

A perfect family getaway by the beach. The dining table looked out at the stunning ocean view with ocean breezes. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms ensured everyone was able to relax and enjoy the summer retreat. The pool, while small, is great for family fun in between ocean surfs just a brief walk away. Table tennis is fun. Host was kind, thoughtful and proactive. Linens and towels high quality. Great family space with separate TV and couch to the main living room. Great for dog lovers. Definitely felt like a luxury beachside escape.

This was our second stay at this well equipped family oriented home. The house and pool are well maintained, clean and user friendly. Great spaces for the family, would choose to use again if staying on the coast. Jason and his team were fantastic communicators they aided our checkin with a small baby and made our stay a great experience. Families should not think twice about this house. Thank you

This is such a great big beach house with flexible room arrangements to suit a number of families! For our trip it was 3 families with 3 infants and 3 kids between us all and the space was really well laid out with two living rooms (upstairs and downstairs), loads of bedrooms, a huge dining table and high chairs (which is what made us chose Alexandra’s place). The kitchen was really well equipped with crockery and cutlery (lots of plastic plates and cups too for the kiddos). The pool was the favorite part of all of the kids - the saltwater pool was so nice. The beach is walkable but it’s a lot of incline to get down there. I liked how there were shops walkable too. Great location and would recommend to families staying in the Sunshine Coast!

What a fantastic home away from home. We travelled with three kids aged between 3-10 and there was enough to keep our girls feeling like the bedrooms welcomed them and gave them a sense of belonging to their chosen room. The house is spacious and the open plan design allowed our kids to always know where we were. The pool was the winner here, we didn’t have a day of our stay where we didn’t utilise the pool my kids would’ve been in from sun up to sun down!! Having salt water instead of chlorine was so much better for my sensitive kiddos skin. Location was great close enough to everything you needed to walk or drive, but amongst a quiet neighbourhood that made us feel safe. Jo was brilliant and had such open and responsive communication. We are already working out dates to come back, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when visiting the Sunshine Coast. Thank you Jo and Kelli ☀️

A wonderful place to stay. Very clean and as pictured. We have an autistic son who generally feels a bit unsettled in new places. But he loved this house. He felt safe and was always smiling. For any parent with a child on the spectrum, you'll understand how significant and important finding such a place is. There is a clear view of the pool from the living and kitchen areas. Enough room for everyone and a great outdoor bbq area. And because of the privacy trees, it didn't feel like we were in the suburbs. You almost forget you're in the suburbs until you venture out. Freya was warm and welcoming and communicated in a timely manner. I recommend this listing to anyone needing some serious R&R! We hope to revisit again soon...

Great house for a large group or 2 families like we had. Pool was good for a dip after the beach, but more a plunge than a big family affair. Good facilities in a decent house otherwise, rooftop spot is lovely for a quiet drink (and we’d rate the idea of getting one of the many local private chef’s in for a night, house is well set up for this!) Area is quiet suburban, 5 min drive to anything needed but probably not super walkable - that said, sunshine beach SLC is sensational, we drove to Noosa almost every day without a hassle, loads of shops & whatever you need is easily accessible. Kerriann was fantastic to deal with, super fast & helpful in comms.

We had an excellent stay. It’s such a beautiful home. Photos don’t do the house justice. Super clean and great amenities. Would absolutely book again.

The property was really clean and well-organized; you can see the attention to detail the host put into everything. All the bedrooms were cozy, the living room was comfortable, and the space was large enough for everyone. It was a truly lovely experience staying at this property.

First thing I noticed was how clean the cottage was. Host was very responsive and the owners lefts us a pineapple from their farm, which was very thoughtful. Bernie was present on arrival and welcomed us with such friendliness, that we felt right at home. Secure for our dog child and walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants. Will definitely book again. Ideal for dog owners.

Great location, private and peaceful, whilst also having access to resort facilities. Short walk to the pools and beach. Comfy beds/pillows and spacious rooms. Very helpful and responsive host.

This was our second time staying in Cathy’s wonderful home. It’s perfect for a family - 1 min walk to the beach, quiet but still walkable to Peregian restaurants and shops. 10/10 recommend! Thank you again Cathy.

Thank you Steph for letting our family stay at your beautiful Sunshine Beach home! We had an incredible time relaxing at the beach a quick walk from the house, hiking the Noosa park and eating at some amazing restaurants in Noosa Head. Truly one of the greatest places on earth!

We had a great time. The house was extremely well equipped with so many little spaces to chill and relax. Sacha was an amazing host and was so responsive and helpful with any requests. We had some issues with the stove and gate which Sacha sorted as quickly as she could and was extremely responsive and found a solution ASAP. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this home for our family getaway. We had 5 adults and 3 children which this home accommodated so well for. It's very spacious and free from clutter. The pool and easy beach access were a hit for us. Would definitely recommend staying in Renè's holiday house.

Our stay at Maureens beach view property was excellent. I would highly recommend it and Coolum is a fantastic holiday destination. Maureens house and surrounding beaches and cafes being pet friendly was and added bonus . Thanks Maureen I have a happy husband and happy dog . Regards Heather
