Vicky’s apartment is beautiful and in a great location right on the Lake front. Easy walk into town and has everything our family needed. The cheese and chocolate platter we found on arrival was a great treat. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I loved staying here so much. So beautiful, right on the beach, can't ask for better than that. The view from the deck and inside was so nice. You can hear the waves inside the unit. The cable bay store is very close. Such a lovely place in the far north. I would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful setting. Loved the updated bathroom although rest of the unit had the Kiwi bach feel. Washing machine was helpful to have in the unit.

Awesome Kiwi Bach as described - heaps of outdoor space for the kids to rip in. Hosts were really accommodating around check-in / easy to communicate with. The 12pm check out made moving out a lot less hectic too - a real bonus. Thanks for having us.

Susan’s place was absolutely perfect for us. The location and beautiful, peaceful gardens surrounding the apartment were just stunning. We had the most amazing time and plenty of much needed rest. Thank you so much Susan. We have recommended Nikau apartments to all our friends and family.

We had an amazing time at the Hairy Hobbit Cottage. The views are stunning and the place is very peaceful. The cottage is definitely off the beaten track, but with Paul’s clear instructions it was easy to find. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves the outdoors.

This was the perfect weekend get away for us and our spoodle. The apartment is well presented and in a peacful location . Aprilanne and William are great hosts. They have thought of every detail to make your stay enjoyable, freshly baked bread, home made yogurt and fresh eggs. If you like walking, bird watching and fabulous views then this is the place for you.

Lovely place to stay at, Great views. We left our iPods in the place and Jill emailed me to say we had left them there, we had just returned our hire car so she drove into Picton about 5 kilometres to return them to me. This is what makes a great host.

Beautiful home and we had a great stay. No issues with anything

We loved this spacious and private accommodation. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a lovely hot tub and comfortable seating inside and out. It’s worth the wee climb to the pergola seating area for a chilled beer in the evening with awesome views, interesting birds and plenty stars to see once it gets dark.

Great stay, lovely location, very well set up. Photos actually don't do it justice. Beds were super comfortable.

Beautiful place, wonderful host. Check in was confusing as we couldn’t find the house number anywhere and had to make a little guess. We didn’t really know where to park either but that was figured out after a while. Place was spotless and beautifully renovated, pity we left a day earlier as it was raining so badly and we couldn’t even visit the beach.

Delightful spacious apartment in quiet neighbourhood with great view from the patio. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Everything we needed was supplied, including parking. Short drive to grocery stores, and beautiful walks in the area. Easy short drive to The Basin for restaurants and cafes and gentle strolls. Highly recommended.

We can’t wait to book our next stay here. It was such a gorgeous house with epic views. It had an awesome coffee shop with delicious toasties nearby and the hosts were very accommodating.

What a stunning place, it felt like new! We enjoyed a special family weekend at this home away from home. The games room was a hit and we loved the sunny courtyard for our evening BBQ. The street is quiet, the Marina shops a short drive away. Two bedrooms upstairs are very hot. The late afternoon sun poured in and we found it hard to sleep at night. Ceiling fans helped a little. Aircon downstairs a welcome relief! All in all a fabulous home and we’d love to stay again.

The apartment was brilliant, the location one street up from the beach so good. the unit had everything, coffee machines, hot plate , huge microwave convection oven and all the usual suspects. loads of parking on the grass verge, and beautiful view. Linen was good, a million pillows and blankets and even beach towels. games etc Our only tiny gripes were it looked at little bigger in the photos, with beds etc suitable for six except it didn't have dining or lounge seating for 6. We borrowed a chair from family nearby and worked it out but it was quite small, and there was only three staying and the dogs. So just a note if you are six people, it is quite small space. Dog friendly but it would have been nice to have a small out door area fenced so we could have let the girls (doggos) out to pee on their own, but this wasn't a problem really except for the dog with the shy bladder... hahah so thank you so much Linda and Judy for a friendly and great getaway to the far north.

Great place to stay and break up the drive to Wellington with our two dogs and babies.

This is such a lovely place to stay. They've got a beautiful home with a really nice back yard. Lots of windows, beautiful space. One of my favourite places I've stayed in a while. There's quick access to Hamilton's cycle network - the paths are 100m from the front door. major big thumbs up.

We had a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful home with thoughtful decor, comfortable beds and amazing outdoor space. Windows and glass doors aplenty! We had a great time.
