Very nice, large and comfortable apartment, matches the published photos and description. The location is excellent, there are many amenities nearby such as supermarkets, restaurants, shopping area and the beach of Canasvieiras. Highly recommended.

Incredible house right in front of the beach! It is perfect to enjoy with family and / or friends. Outstanding sunrise to get started with the day so you can enjoy the beach or the amazing view from the jacuzzi or social area with a nice BBQ. The host is super friendly and proactive who made us feel like home. I strongly recommend it and I hope to be back soon.

A huge and wonderful outdoor space, connection to nature, view to the sea, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the stand ups, we were presented with an insane sunset that left pink sky and sea. Beatriz is very receptive, always quick in answers, very friendly and made us very comfortable. Our dog was happy mto in this place! Thank you!

We loved the place, especially the impressive terrace where we spent most of our time. The contact with the host was quick and straightforward. In addition, both the equipment and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, we highly recommend the place.

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.

The apartment is beautiful, with air-conditioning in all rooms, very well structured, new mattresses, a good location for the beach, with convenience and bakeries nearby. The pool area is sensational!! Only point was that we had problems with our checkin, it was supposed to be at 2:00 pm, but the team that manages the apartment ended up losing and was freeing up the space at 5:00 p.m., they apologized, but it ends up being a inconvenience, they also only gave us 1 tag and one of the 2 access controls to the garage gate did not work. Other than that, all right!

The space perfectly met our expectations and had everything we needed. Jeferson gave us clear instructions about the space and some tips. The neighborhood is very quiet and the apartment is a grace, consistent with the photos. Florianópolis is a beautiful city and we intend to return soon.

The house is a few blocks from the beach and close to a supermarket. It has everything you need to have a good time. It would be nice to have an air conditioner in the second room, that's the only negative thing Everything else was impeccable.

Excellent for those seeking rest and quiet. It is a little difficult to reach because the street is quite steep but it is worth the sight and contact with nature. It is very close to the lagoon and restaurants and bars but at the same time you wake up in the morning to the sound of birds. The room was super clean when we arrived and Genario was a love, received us super well and we felt at home. The bathtub is wonderful, the bed is comfortable and there is still a cellar that worked super well. I want to go back
