Vacation rentals with a pool in Tarlac

Sobrang nag-enjoy po kami during our long weekend at Ms. Monica's and Sir Neil's place. Ms. Monica communicated a lot of details in advance so we knew what to expect. She gave a lot of useful recommendations about places to eat and visit around the area. Their place itself is amazing. Hindi kami nagsiksikan sa sleeping arrangements. We enjoyed the pool a lot, especially the kids. Ang dami din ibang pwedeng gawin like basketball, pool and darts. The dining hall is great! Gamit na gamit and nakapagbonding ang lahat during meal times. It was also so easy to cook sa kitchen, all utensils are provided. They responded promptly nung naubos yung gas very early in the morning, pati na yung mineral water. Nakapagfish feeding din ang mga kids and they really enjoyed it. Ms. Monica also gave us a tour of their other property - Bakal Kubo - na katabi lang. She also helped us coordinate with the nearby church for a new car's blessing. Thank you Ms. Monica and family!

We had an amazing time staying here! The interior design is absolutely stunning. You can tell the host put so much thought into every detail, from the cozy furniture to the beautiful decor. It was more than just a place to stay, it felt like stepping into a dream home. The location is also a huge plus! It’s very accessible, which made getting around super convenient, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The space was spotless, well-organized, and had all the amenities we needed. Even the little details, like the lighting and decor, went above and beyond our expectations. On top of that, the host was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making the whole experience even better. They provided clear and detailed instructions, so checking in and navigating the space was so easy. We honestly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. This is truly a hidden gem, if you’re looking for a place that’s as beautiful as it is comfortable, this is the one!

There are great stays and then there are amazing humanitarian encounters. My fiance was staying by herself, while I was out of the country. She had developed the flu and was very sick. Through compassion Dennis and his wife took great care of her. They gave her medicine and made her homemade soup and kept and eye on her and kept me updated. Never have I seen such dedication to Customer Service and hosting as this exemplary service from this outstanding humanitarian host. God bless you both!!! I highly recommend this stay for everyone you will be treated like family with loving care.

Sir michael's place is highly recommended for family and friends gatherings. very spacious, clean and comfortable. it has a functional and well equipt kitchen and a nice pool to enjoy. will surely recommend.

The place was as described, with value-add service from one of the caretakers. The entire property was clean, although it seems some parts are still unfinished (e.g., windows). There are no basic amenities provided such as hand wash soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hand towels — but bath towels can be rented if needed. Toothbrushes are free if needed. The rooms are big and can accommodate 5-6 people each comfortably. Each room also has either en-suite or Jack and Jill bathrooms. The common area is clean and spacious — we were a party of 14 and it didn’t feel crowded. The indoor pool doesn’t have any safety feature (i.e., gate) so if you have tiny kids, always keep an eye on them. Overall, I recommend this property and would love to come back.

The place was awesome esp its amenities including pool, pickleball/badminton court. I commend the caretaker and her husband, they were very nice and attended to our needs. Swimming pool was cleaned every morning! For a big place, they are really doing an excellent job maintaining the property.

We had a very pleasant and restful stay. The place was as described and that's a nice thing because it was well and thoughtfully-styled and clean too. The location is peaceful and secure with a good view too. Overall very good value.

Peaceful place

We stayed here for my daughter's prom. Excellent location, walking distance to Hilton. Ample parking space. The property was as described and shown in the pictures. Very efficient Korean-style unit. The host was very friendly and responsive. We also requested for late checkout and the host was gracious enough to allow us to check out by 12nn instead of 11am.

It's our 3rd time to check-in at Monterrace though from a different host. I would say that I love the area. Feels like you're in a mini Korean community: the feels, the cleanliness, the mountains, the technology of the building and the unit are all an A+. The unit itself is everything you'd ask for. My toddler, my senior parents and grandmother loved it there. So nice to sleep in, so nice to cook. Complete with toiletries, kitchen stuff and even garbage bags (I hate trash staying in our room so having a refill of the g.bag after throwing the old one makes it convenient). Such a nice place for a staycation and business trip. A plus too that it's super near 711, unlike before we still need to drive or walk from our building. I highly recommend this unit :)
