Excellent choice of accommodation in Tandil, to highlight the state of the apartment within a modern and safe complex. The facilities and features as described. The tmb pool is a differential factor in the accommodation. Lastly, the area close to everything, quiet and safe.

Summary: - The place is highly recommended, very complete and comfortable. - Tandil is a very quiet place, full of friendly people and with good landscapes and gastronomy. The good thing: - The place is very quiet, super comfortable, very warm at night even when it was very cold outside. - It has a giant park with a very nice view, they make you want to stay there for a long time! - It is very well equipped with kitchen items and grill. (Dishes, cutlery, glasses, microwave, gas oven) - The bathroom is spacious, comfortable. - Features thermotanque for hot water. - Valeria responds super quickly and in a friendly way, helping to solve any situation. What is betterable: - The neighbors have a very playful and friendly dog but enter the terrain (They are already working to correct it) - There are no cups - There is a door in the entrance that to close it I had to put some stones

Beautiful house, located in the middle of nature and excellently equipped. It has all the amenities described and everything in an impeccable state. We spent a few very nice days there and managed to disconnect from the stress of the city. I definitely recommend this house and will probably go again.

Francisco greeted us and gave us a tour of the house, explaining everything to us. I even communicate the next day because there was a storm, to see if we needed anything, if everything was okay. I also provide local recommendations for places to visit, to eat, etc. The WIFI connection was excellent. The house is huge, very comfortable, has AC in all environments that work perfect. Everything we use worked perfectly. We had everything we needed to make our stay beautiful and comfortable. The house is very close to Cerro Centinela, and no more than 15 minutes from downtown. The setting is quiet and you get a little out of the cement of the central part. I recommend Francisco's place. He was an excellent host!

Comfortable house, functional in a wonderful setting. We spent 3 days as a family and felt very comfortable. Good heating and impeccable dishwasher and refrigerator. We'll definitely be back.

We are very happy, the place is beautiful. Very quiet. Mrs. Carolina is very friendly. The house is flawless. The pool is beautiful, the patio and the garden. The steakhouse and the living is beautiful. Everything clean, impeccable. You have wifi, It has fan Large TV 2 beds that become 4 It's very beautiful and everything spotless Mrs. Carolina is very collaborative, very kind, super willing We would come back 😊😊

When we arrived, we were greeted with a binder with activities to do, some delicious alfajoritos and Mariana, the owner, asked us at all times if we needed anything. The house location is excellent! We had breakfast in the deck area near the pool. Unbeatable view! On Sunday we asked him without commitment if we could leave a little later because we wanted to leave the bags and since the house was not rented, he had no problem with us leaving later. We will definitely be back!
