Vacation rentals with a patio in Tamuning

I stayed at Nicole’s properties for about a year. Her places were always the most comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic, close to everything! Never had issues with neighbors or parking, everything was great.

Stewart is a great host. He always replied quickly. The property is large and very comfortable. It is on the third floor so be ready to walk!

It's as clean and beautifully organized as the photos: -) I had a really good stay for a month without any inconvenience! There were many grocery stores and restaurants nearby, so it was really nice. I'll definitely visit again next time I come for a long time: -)

Six people stayed for a family trip. This accommodation was spacious and pleasant, so we all had a satisfying and happy trip. The house was clean and neatly prepared, and it was almost equipped with what we needed. There were plenty of towels and plenty of bedding. The bed was high, so I was worried that my baby would fall asleep, but there were several separate mats that I could put on the floor, so I was able to sleep very comfortably. There was a broken toilet issue, and the host took care of it right away and made us feel very comfortable using the house. The massage chair relieved the fatigue of the trip, and the location of the accommodation was very convenient because it was located in the middle of Tumon. This place was perfect for me and my family. Leilani responded to any questions I had right away and she was super helpful with everything. The location was incredible, it was right across from the beach and so close to all the restaurants and stores. Thank you for an incredible experience Leila!

It was very clean and I enjoyed it!When I turned on the hot water, I struggled a little without knowing that I had to turn the lever to the top.

It is close to Tumon, and it is a good location to rent a car to travel to outlets, K-mart, etc. It was nice to be able to stay comfortably like home.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our stay! The location was incredibly central, making it easy to get around and explore Guam. Having a Payless store just a short walk away was super convenient for picking up any last-minute groceries too. The home itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We were able to prepare and contribute to our family Thanksgiving gathering with ease, which made the holiday extra special. The space was clean, cozy, and had all the comforts of home, making us feel welcome and relaxed throughout our stay. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic and convenient place to stay. I would definitely return! Dina was just an awesome too for being so responsive. Loved it!

This is a review for the Texas room. I did not stay in the nautical room. I think the hosts did some room reassignment between my reservation and my arrival. The view is east facing. I drove my rental car at night from the airport and I had no problems with Google maps. Overall, I have never stayed in a AirBnB shared house with a shared bathroom but my reservation was late and this listing looked nice so I decided to book. I think that it definitely deserves 5 stars as Brian is keeping everything in check with the several guests that stay at the house. The main asset is the responsiveness of the hosts and amenities. I came in for work so I only used some of the house amenities but everything in the description is what you get. The other guests were friendly, most long term guests and the house is lively. Brian hosts dinner nights and karaoke nights that you are welcome to attend. Overall, if you are looking for shared space, this is most likely the best place on the island!

Brian went above and beyond ensuring everything was taken care of! He is a great Host! He made me feel right at home and set the Highest example of what a BnB should be! House is very comfortable and the temperature throughout the home is spot on! My room was very comfortable and I felt like it was my own personal room! I HIGHLY recommend Brian for any guest looking for a great place to stay!

I had to scramble to find a place in Guam for just over three weeks and all the hotels were booked out. A lot of the places around looked like cheap hotel rooms, but Mary’s stood out. The home is clean and beautiful, seems like a newly built house. You do rent a room at the family’s home, so you cohabitate with them. This wasn’t an issue, however, as they were all great and really respect your privacy. If you want to just keep to yourself you will often feel like you’re alone in the house. Mary was very helpful, she helped me find a rental car (they were all booked as well), and even drove me to get it. The family even invited me down for a home cooked meal, which was delicious. I was in Guam for work, and they really made me feel like I was at home. Can’t say enough about how great a stay it was.

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

It was a great place to stay. Every shops for groceries and souvenir are around this house. We had rented a car and we could go DONKI for 5minutes also Kmart 7minutes by a car.

My family and I had a great 8 days stay at this Airbnb. It had everything we needed to cook meals and there was a laundry area, which came in handy especially if you've got wet clothes from swimming at the beaches near by. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and malls. A big plus was our host, Asia, was very quick to respond to all my queries. She really went above and beyond to cater to my family's needs. I definitely recommend this place and Asia as a host (I think she has several other listings to choose from). Thanks so much again, Asia!
