I have stayed quiet a few times at Rohini’s place and find it extremely peaceful , safe and also Rohini is just too helpful and always responsive when you need anything at the Studio. Place is as described , has a beautiful decor and interiors done. I have stayed at a few other places in Bangalore but this place is the best and hoping to visit again sometime soon.. Thank you Rohini for evrything you do!

We had a marriage function to attend in Muvattupuzha, as a family with a small kid we opted to stay here because we wanted to have a home like atmosphere with kitchen to prepare baby food. Flat is opposite to the River with river view balcony, its well ventilated with river breeze coming inside from all directions, Good kitchen with all amenities, dedicated parking space, location is near to the main road with all major shops and commercial places nearby, convention hall was just a drive away, food can be easily ordered through zomato, major highlight was the beautiful municipal park adjacent to the apartment, great place for a walk. Overall we felt like home and our kid enjoyed it well. Owner was very prompt in communicating and helping us. I would suggest to stay in a homely place like this rather than hotels especially for family traveller’s.

The serenity of the place and the host's responsiveness made it a memorable stay. The view and the silence are tough to beat. Mr. Joseph is very friendly and responsive. We would also recommend a houseboat tour in Kadamakudy.

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

I loved my stay at the River House and only wish it had been longer. It's a spacious, well-equipped home in a beautiful, peaceful location by the river. The house is surrounded by lush tropical greenery and fruit trees, and it's hard to believe you're so close to the airport and the city centre. The owners, who live next door, are lovely. They really went above and beyond to help me out - it was much appreciated as I was travelling on my own. I hope to return for a longer stay next time. Thanks again!

It was a peaceful outing with my family. There was privacy and the property was really clean. Well managed and well maintained property with supportive staff.

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We stayed here from January 26th to 29th, 2025, and it was perfect for our group of four. The 2BHK apartment is well-equipped with AC in both bedrooms, a spacious hall, and a fully stocked kitchen. There are two bathrooms with geysers, and the host provides extra mattresses, quilts, and pillows. Amenities include WiFi, a TV, an inverter, and a washing machine with a dryer and iron. The kitchen has everything—utensils, an induction cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and an RO purifier. Toiletries and towels are also provided. A major highlight is Sunrise Beach, just outside, offering a peaceful, uncrowded view. Promenade Beach, White Town, and major attractions are nearby, along with great eateries like Sicily, Surguru, and Bay of Buddha. The host and supervisor were extremely helpful, even arranging scooty rentals with pick-up and drop-off. This homestay offers comfort, convenience, and a great location. Highly recommended!

It felt like home with amenities like TV, fridge, AC, washing machine, water filter, geysers, gas stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, iron box, and kitchen essentials. They also stocked basic cooking items like salt, masala, sugar, tea, coffee, and dairy whitener. The apartment is very clean and offers a nice view of wetlands, bordered by landmarks like Lulu Mall, O by Tamara Hotel, and others on the Bypass Road. The location is easy to find, just 200m from KIMS Hospital. Security and lift facilities are available. Our group came for a conference, and the digital lock system made access hassle-free without relying on a key. The host is supportive, proactive, and quick to address needs. Food delivery and Uber services are accessible. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
