Spacious and friendly. Exactly what we were looking for!

Weekend off-season (February), we enjoyed the calm and direct access to the lake shore. The host, although not present on that day, was very responsive to our requests and prepared the listing accordingly. Very friendly before, during,, after, it's nice! The accommodation is nice for two, or four with children as long as they can be in a upstairs bed. Please note that you have to go through the very small children's room to access the parent room. Great bathroom and kitchen perfectly furnished. Dishes in bulk. In good season the outdoor space must be very pleasant. Perfectly fenced for your four-pasted pet. Hiking departure points are accessible by car nearby. The configuration of the lake, on the other hand, makes it more difficult to walk (road). A beautiful find with a very nice host!

We had a great welcome from Cathy, in addition to the visit, tips and tricks for visiting the area and fresh comforts awaited us (thanks also for the jam). Her house is a cocoon that invites you to travel (better than in the photos). Everything you need is there. And very well located for visiting Annecy (free shuttle in summer) and Lake Bourget. We recommend this property.

A big thank you to Florent for this wonderful weekend with family. Everything was perfect. The house is very well maintained, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The setting is just beautiful with views of the mountains. I highly recommend this rental and this host who was very accessible and had good advice for our activities. You can go there without a second thought. With friends and family you will have a very pleasant stay. We'll be happy to go back.

Excellent week last. Suggestion to Geo and Jany to turn down the heating, we were not cold for sure. A little transient road in the morning to hire. Thank you for hosting Geo and Jany.

Nadine is a really friendly host and always responsive to messages, very useful information on sightseeing in the vicinity. A nice little touch for our arrival and a beautiful decorated Christmas tree. We had a very nice week with beautiful weather and gorgeous snow just 1 hour from the house. Very relaxing stay in an ideal, quiet home with the added bonus of the fireplace that feels good in the evening. I really thank Nadine for this stay

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

A very peaceful weekend in a cozy environment, very well-equipped and comfortable apartment,for us it was a suspended moment in Savoie . Charles is a attentive and very responsive host. Address to keep 😉

The studio is well arranged despite the small space. In summer it must be even better with the veranda. The garden is great for dogs with lake access through a gate (5 min walk). Excellent hosting by Roberta. Our stay went very well and we plan to come again.

Amazing lake view with a well-balanced layout! The kitchen is fully equipped, making it convenient for cooking. If more toilet paper were provided, it would be even better. The location is great—close to Lidl and just a 35-minute drive to Semnoz ski resort. David is quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommended!

This is a very cute and cozy apartment, just a few minutes from the center. We feel very good there, in the middle of books and plants. As for communication, everything was very smooth with Seve.

Maude was very nice and responsive and her apartment is as described in the listing. It is in a great location and equipped. It has all the comforts you want; it's bright and the view of the mountains is superb. Maude leaves documentation available and gives suggestions for restaurants that are appreciated.
