This home is like being at a "little resort"! It includes the main house with 3BR/2BA, a Guest House with bed, bath, kitchen and laundry. A short 5 minutes walk if you choose to just walk there. Home has everything you need, including your own boat slip, while away on your Lake Martin getaway. If off season and a football fan, Auburn is just a short 20 mile drive away. Lake Martin is also known for great fishing and many hiking areas you can enjoy.
