My furbaby enjoyed the private fenced backyard. And there's a safe walking path right across the street; which I loved! Jenn"s communication is TOP notch. She's very responsive and accommodating. We stayed at this spacious and spotless home on our trip to FSU! Only a mile from campus, we enjoyed all the benefits of being a local. The home was very spacious and offered so many comforts! We loved the peaceful location and relaxing beds. Definitely enough space for large families! Plus our host was proactive, friendly, and helpful and provided us with so many amenities! Will definitely stay again!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Des’s place! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described! Communication was quick and friendly, and it’s clear she cares a lot about her guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free, enjoyable stay.

The place was very clean and had a lot of amenities. We had a comfortable stay with lots of space. The neighborhood was quiet and had pool access. The beds are a little firm if you’re used to a softer mattress.

Overall, a great stay. Nice pool (about 6 feet deep). The neighborhood was nice and peaceful.

Location seemed to be safe and was easy to get to. Spacious living room and back yard. Entire place was clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels for our stay.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Host was friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!!

David was an amazing and quick to response host. Everything mentioned was beyond accurate about his place. It is now a memorable location for my partner & I. For that we are so thankful and highly recommend this place for a quiet, cute, and well rounded place to stay! There aren’t enough words to say how perfect it was. Victoria's place was amazing! Beautifully furnished and decorated with more than enough space. She has thought of everything and has all the amenities you would possibly need and more. Very well stocked kitchen and even a nice selection of spices! Lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets make it really feel like home. Great location only 1 minute from WalMart and close to lots of restaurants, Publix, Target and more. Easy commute to and from the Capitol. Would highly recommend staying at Victoria's house. Thanks!

This place was amazing! Check in was easy and welcoming. The location was very convenient and the property was beautiful. Wish it was warm enough to enjoy the beautiful pool but will definitely be back in warmer months. There was an issue with a heater and it was remedied immediately. Host was very communicative and friendly. This place is a gem!

Great place to stay. Very convenient to restaurants and FSU., we were there for a wedding and we enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Was right by a gas station that has an incredible taco truck. We walked there as it’s just 15 steps from the property and got dinner. Plenty of room for us and the pets, and a great yard for the dog. No issues with the person who lives next door and no noise was heard. Would stay there again!

Great little place. Rustic on the outside and cozy on the inside. Perfect little spot to be close to Tallahassee but yet far enough away to see the stars and enjoy peace & quite. Havana is just around the corner too. Enough room to have your own space with two people. Much more cozier then a hotel. Hot water and shower were great!! Bed slept wonderful, linens and quilt were super comfortable. Everything was super clean and tidy. Will definitely be back.
