It is important to clarify that on Mondays the pool is not available, and if you want to use the grill that is on the azotea you have to pay extra (approximately 20 dollars) and request it 24 hours in advance. A 100% recommended place.

Before arriving, the host gave me all the instructions for my entry, he orientated me and advice about the area, always very attentive. As we arrived later than expected, we were greeted by a person who was waiting for us. Excellent predisposition. The upscale apartment, we felt better than at home. Since it is complex it is closed, it has a lot of security, apart from surveillance personnel very friendly and friendly people. It has a beautiful landscape, a river 200 meters away, and a nice hill to go for a run, ideal for those looking for sports activity. Highly recommended. Thank you Jaime!!!

Thank you for the amazing stay in Chile, this has been by far the best AirBnb experience for all of us and would recommend this stay for anyone visiting Talca. The house is comfortable and well designed to suit larger groups and longer duration stays. The area is very safe and beautiful with many attractions a short drive away such as Laguna del Maule. Maria also owns a wonderful conservation project (El Secreto de Pilén) that we were very blessed to have experienced as well. Lastly, Maria had excellent communication throughout the stay, ensuring we felt at home and to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Excellent option to stay in Talca. New building, nicely located a few blocks from downtown. The apartment is impeccable, as shown in the pictures. The view is spectacular. Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, this is not necessary since being in the upper floors there is always air. There is noise from the street, but closing the windows is quite reduced. Claudio's warmth in his attention is a plus that adds up, as well as the one you have in the apartment of some essential goods such as oil, salt, sugar, etc. Very nice details. Absolutely recommendable.
