Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Quickest access to our place is via motorway exit 417: Tristram Ave. ++ 35 minute drive to/from Auckland Airport. ++ 15 minute drive to the Auckland CBD. ++ 7 minute drive to Takapuna entertainment and business centres. ++ 12 minute drive to the Albany business centres. Mid-Century Devonport

Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

Beautiful setting, private patio, off street car parking, 100m to beach - the perfect place to relax and unwind! Close to award winning eateries, buses, malls & golf course. Palm studio,a slice of paradise in takapuna

Palm studio is a relaxed private suite within 90 seconds walk of Takapuna beach. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance plus supermarket and launderette close by. Queen bed with Wallace Cotton bed linen. 2m shower in the modern bathroom. Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave and tea making facilities, plus an iron. Tv screen to cast your favourite movie or series. Car parking on street, however luggage can be dropped off in driveway.

Studio 16 is a self contained modern light filled space perfect for a couple. It is open plan in design with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette in one. An Air Conditioning unit is in this area. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.
