I do really enjoy everything during our 4days of staying in!!!! I was planning again to go to the tourist spots in manila and i swear to book here again and again this march hahahha

It was our first time in the Philippines and Marlon was the perfect host. Avant staff was so friendly and welcoming. Marlon was super responsive if I had any questions and made awesome recommendations in the area. He provided clear instructions that made checking in to our quarters very smooth. The a/c was super cold and the apartment had more than enough room for 4. It was so convenient to have a working washer and dryer at our convenience. I will definitely be booking again!

Unit was clean and comfy. Not too far from the elevator. It smells nice too! Miss Julie was so responsive, she even allow us to check in earlier than the standard check in time. She's so nice and easy to communicate with. House rules was easy to follow, net was fast, aircon works so well, all the basic needs that we need were provided as well. Will definitely go back to her unit and stay for a little longer.

Sir Glenmore was so amazing from start to finish. Right when my booking was confirmed right up to the last second of it. Even when we were already downstairs and about to go. Place is what you see in photos - clean and very well prepared. What I loved the most about this is its location - almost near to places where people would usually go and it is very easy to find. For me if the room smells so good, it says a lot about how the host prepared it for the guest, and Kat absolutely nailed it 💯 The odor of the room gives the overall quality of how it was prepared and for host, 100 is not enough to score it. I'd say 1000/100

We had a comfortable stay! The place is so nice and super clean. We love lounging at the sofa bed. The kitchen is complete with all the things you need and the condiments provided were lifesaver! Sir Ryan is very accomodating, responsive, and kind. He made sure that we're having a great time. We allso enjoyed resting at the balcony with the view of the pool, garden and city. Overall, this place is highly recommended! We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

We had a great time staying at Janine’s place for 4 nights. It was very nice and homey feeling. It’s clean and all essentials were provided. Best of all is how quick and responsive the host is with all my inquiries. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning to stay in BGC 😊

This place was amazing, we spent Christmas Holiday at Tom’s lovely home, the home was very accommodating for our family, plenty of space, the pool was nice and can’t forget about the karaoke, everything was cleaned and prepared for us, when checking-in, it was welcoming and a home away from home. We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our big family as we prepared for our long flight home. We had enough space to be able to pack our luggage properly with ease. The huge wrap around sofa was a bonus for gathering with family before we left. We would definitely book again.

Very accessible. Walking distance to Mall of Asia. Convenience stores and eating places close by. The place was clean and compact. Comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. Secure and safe.

Definitely had a wonderful stay there. We were supposed to stay for certain days but we extended another extra 3 days. The place is peaceful, with beautiful surroundings and they have pretty much covered the things you need in a home. They were easy to reach out to if we had any questions. Worth our stay!

The location of this place is great. The individual Condo is great for two person 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Rates are very reasonable - The Host Yhamessa was kind and attentive-she did as well as she could to help us Improvement areas 1. Maintenance is Good. Rooms and furniture was well maintained , Overall it was a pleasant Stay, it felt like home away from home. Will again Book the same. Thanks Yhamessa for all the support

Sun's place is spectacular and perfect. Everything in the apartment is detailed and functional. The place is located at the city, it has a nice view of the pool, the kitchen is very clean and spotless as well as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and overall, the place smells so nice. He made sure that my stay is comfortable and safe by helping me with my luggages and giving me a nice warm welcome with complimentary gifts such as snacks. What I love the most is that he's also thoughtful in providing the things I might be needing in the place. Everything you need is in there! My standard for an airbnb place has gone up! Indeed, staying at Sun's place makes you feel pampered and at home. I will definitely book again.

It was a good condo.This room can be cheaper and comfortable for 4 people.The owner is also very kind, so he will respond to various requests.
