The contact with Sarah was straightforward and very friendly. The accommodation has a very nice and central location, making all the attractive places of the old town easily accessible on foot. Sarah was very flexible both at check-in and check-out. She even gave us the opportunity to leave later than originally planned. Thank you again 😊

We absolutely loved our stay here. The downstairs apartment is simple and very clean with two simple but peaceful bedrooms. The kitchen has a great fridge freezer, gas cooker and area to prepare meals or bbq food if you fancy cooking at home. There is an inside table but we spent all our time outside at the two seating areas, both shaded, one outside the door and the other up beside the pool. The garden area was fantastic for an early morning coffee before you walk the 2 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach. We spent lazy lunches sitting on the upper table area and then having fun playing in the pool, which was clean and larger than we expected. The owners were welcoming and made us feel very relaxed, making this a great place to base ourselves to explore the island. We can’t recommend it enough, especially the outside areas.

We really had a super nice experience here! On airbnb, they recommend contacting them 2/3 days in advance on WhatsApp to arrange key exchange. This was not necessary in our case, they contacted us the night before. We agreed on a time and they already gave a lot of tips on parking, restaurants and nearby attractions. Super nice! Location is top! The accommodation itself was beautiful! Very nicely decorated and very clean. The house has an automatic locking system from inside. This also gives you an extra safe feeling. We could stream to the TV and Netflix and youtube were also on it, super nice! The sofa was very good, the bed was nice, the kitchen was good! And the bathroom was also fantastic. Lovely shower!! Just keep in mind that you have to dispose of your own garbage. We were not used to this and threw it in a public trash can. I definitely recommend staying here here. It was very brief for us!

Great location and beautiful home. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We had parking arranged on Ortigia within a 5 minute walk to the home. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Domenico’s place is in perfect location. Just a block from restaurants, shopping areas, monuments and ambience. Excellent place to stay, we will certainly love to stay here again!

Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

The apartment was clean with large room bedrooms. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay again the next time I'm in syracuse.

We very much enjoyed staying at this colorful place. Very interesting layout of the flat and just next to the beach which was a lovely experience to wake up to. Giuliana is very flexible and we highly recommend to stay at her place.

This place is what I was looking for, very close to the beach (literally 20m) but still not far away from other hotspots such as Noto. It was very clean and well equipped. Also communication with the hosts has been perfect. The host helped me book a parking spot for the week right in front of the Appartment which was convenient.

Marco is a great host, who takes care of the apartment very well: kitchen is fully equipped, Marco supplies with water, coffee, and other small stuff in the kitchen that make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Very nice in communication, and flexible regarding the timing of checkins and checkouts. By the way, we both worked remotely and the internet connection was seamless! I am very happy we chose this apartment!

The property is very clean and centrally located in Siracusa. You can get to the "island" in about 15 minutes. We felt right at home

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

A great second-floor appartment within walking distance of the beach. The appartment has everything you need. Two spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space to stay outside too. Francesco lives below the flat and you are not bothered at all. From minute 1, this appartment felt very familiar. It is clean, logically laid out. I received a warm welcome and departure! The contact prior and during my trip was very good. Thank you for the nice stay and I will definitely come back again!

Fabulous apartment in heart of Ortigia

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I highly recommend staying here for an authentic and enjoyable Sicilian experience! Thank you Alfredo!

Lovely place with all the necessary amenities and more. The facilities (swimming pool, hot tub and barbecue) we could be used 24/7. Ideal. Apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. Roberto and Erik are very friendly and gave us the necessary tips. You have plenty of privacy and with a car there is a lot to discover in the area, or by bike that you could use for free. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful apartament, located in a beautiful town. Very quiet, clean with a gum and swimming pool jacuzzi at disposal. Wonderful host, very helpful and comunicative. We will be returning soon and will reccomend to all of our loved ones. Thank you for having us

Alverio's house is amazing! The seafront views, the light, has everything you need! Alverio was very nice, he welcomed us in person and gave some recommendations from Syracuse, very useful since it was our first time and served to locate us. Get up every day looking at the port with the boats in the sea... I wish I could stay longer! If I can, I'll definitely be back!
