Vacation rentals in Sylvania

We spent two days and one night in this scenic area. We had a wonderful time and were grateful to have such a nice place to spend the night in! Catherine's cabin was clean and had everything we needed to relax for the evening and a night of great sleep!

This is a wonderful house that served our family of six extremely well. The house has the charm of an old house but the convenience of updated amenities. It's located in a very walkable neighborhood, just a few blocks from restaurants and coffee shops, but also easy to drive to local tourist attractions. The house was just as it appeared in the pictures, and was very clean when we arrived. Eugenia is a very responsive host and super easy to work with. We will definitely stay here on future trips to Chattanooga.

This cabin tucked away on acres of green was such a beautiful place for a girls getaway! We were so grateful for all of the thoughtful amenities that Sandy provided; including farm fresh eggs, a loaf of bread, fruit basket, s’mores kit, and more! We can’t recommend this space enough. You can tell the hosts care so much about hospitality, it shows in every aspect of the space. Thank you!!

Our stay at the Sweet Retreat was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Jennie puts a lot of care into making this space welcoming and comfortable. The place was spotless—the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in! And the homemade brownies and treat for our dog were such a thoughtful touch. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making our trip effortless and enjoyable. We really appreciated the minimal check-out requirements. It allowed us to enjoy every last moment of our vacation without worrying about completing a list of chores before leaving. The location was also perfect—convenient to everything we wanted to do while still being in a quiet and relaxing area. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Beautiful lake home! The house was cozy comfortable and clean! Would love to come back in summer months to enjoy all the lake has to offer! Guntersville is a very short drive and a charming southern town with lots of shops and restaurants. The Rock house restaurant highly recommend! Looking for a family vacation on the lake look no further, house was stocked with everything we needed.

Great accommodations for a large family! Everyone felt they had space and a good relaxing atmosphere.

We had a great stay at Mark’s place! Plenty of room for our crew (3 adults, 2 kids). The kids loved checking out the games provided. We did not cook at all but the kitchen was well stocked. The road is noisy but we slept fine with sound machines. What stood out the most was just how clean the whole place felt! We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very friendly and responsive. The unit was very spacious and we had plenty of space with 7 guests comfortably. We got great use out of the rooftop porch, which has great views of the mountains surrounding the area. Odd story brewery next door had great food and drinks and is directly next door to the unit. 10/10 review for the host and the property itself. Would stay here again gladly!
