Gorgeous cottage located in a picturesque area! We had an extremely pleasant weekend enjoying the variety of attractions in the area and above all the charm of the beautiful garden. It's the perfect place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in a peaceful atmosphere. The cottage was impeccably clean and equipped with everything you might need. However, our hearts were conquered by an atmospheric goat – a great place to relax with a book. Board games were also a great addition. We'll definitely be back!

We were a group of 12 (7 adults and 5 children between 8 and 15 years old) plus 3 dogs. The house was very convenient to accommodate all of us with enough privacy and space. We used the kitchen extensively albeit it has only basic equipment. The house was very clean and spacious. The only issues we had was the lack of sitting options for the whole group in the living room. A extra sofa or two would make this place even more perfect.

A beautiful place with a soul in the atmosphere of Zalipia. The house is spacious and there is no shortage of space, and we were 8 adults and one small child. The amenities are surprisingly rich and seamless check-in. The home-made sauna is a great addition and an idea for a relaxing evening with friends.

The cottage was as described, we could prepare delicious food for the evening, and in the morning we started coffee from the espresso machine. An atmospheric place with a fireplace, a private hot tub, and all in the midst of trees. Great place to relax.

it was very nice stay. House was very clean. My kids were very happy to have toys outside. large fenced area, there is a football field on the territory. Very friendly owner. I really liked the hot tub. 3 kilometers away there is a dinosaur park with a huge number of attractions and an open zoo. We will definitely come again, my family and I are very pleased

Very good place. Perfect for spending a holiday with family/friends. Well deserved 5 stars. The only major problem is the incorrect room schedule in the announcement: 2x 2 people + 2x 3 people, where there are 4 people + 3 people + 2 people + 1 person connected to 2 people.

Amazing place. I really liked. The garden is wonderful, and very relaxing. It has a a pool, great for summer or any sunny day out of cold season. It has a nice barbecue/fireplace that they arrange to cook and relax for the group. The perfect place to be in a group or to go alone and meet new people while relaxing, as I did. The hosts are wonderful also, good and welcoming people. Highly recommended, I want to go again soon!

A great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great kitchen equipment, functional cottage. Lots of places to relax - a few tables, chairs, sun loungers, couches.

Super apartment, spacious rooms, terrace and access to part of the garden. A place to park your car directly on the property behind the gate. Very friendly and communicative Host (we got a long list of recommendations). Quiet neighborhood, 10-15 minute walk from the main attractions of Sandomierz. We are very satisfied.

It was a really nice stay. We would book it again if we are nearby. The apartment was clean and everything you needed was there. It was great that she responded to messages immediately and helped.

Thank you for your hospitality. Everything was great. Sebastian met us near the property late in the evening and kindly allowed us to check out later. The location of the property is convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs in the building with all the essentials. The apartment itself is tidy and has everything.

Lovely, peaceful, garden, rural vibes perfect for children. The apartment is beautifully decorated, you can feel at home. We had fresh vegetables and eggs from the hosts. Lovely people :) A good place for a lazy rest, or as a base for exploring the area. And the ubiquitous lavender 💜

Very nice apartment on the main walking street of Kielce. 10-20 min of walking to all attractions. Amazing pizza in the restaurant on the 1st floor. Very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend this and will definitely come here again 🙂

To say , the very least Caroline was a life saver , our accommodation nearby staying in a hotel was not by any means up to the standards described , so from when I contacted Caroline on a Sunday night , she had the house ready for us the very next day . She was so responsive, helpful and cannot recommend the accommodation for peace and quiet and yet within a short drive of local towns .
