3 nights in this magnificent house with its sublime view of the fjord. The living room is so welcoming and relaxing. No need for a TV, just look outside and admire the beauty of the landscape. The house is large and well equipped, with a very functional kitchen. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. An excellent stay!

Ingrid and Eilert welcomed us so warmly and immediately had hiking tips for us! We immediately felt so comfortable that we extended the stay for a week! The Vesterals are beautiful and diverse. By car and on foot we explored the area and enjoyed nature, great beaches, eagles, moose, magnificent views from the mountains, berries galore and the northern lights from the balcony!!! Shopping quite close, museums are also not far away. Nice coffee and restaurant reachable in 10 minutes. Day trips to Lofoten are easily doable. The house is lovingly furnished. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable! A short place to stay! Highly recommended!! Thank you Ingrid and Eilert

This is a wonderfully cozy house located in a quiet but very beautiful part of the Lofoten. It feels much more ‘real’ than other houses we stayed in, with nice plants, books, decoration, etc. We stayed there for four nights and had a wonderful time, including kayaking in the fjord and aurora watching. The communication with Calum was super easy, and the house is well equipped and warm, and has great Internet connection. And a very nice TV and sound system to top it all off! 🙂

Erna's family home is wonderful, and comfortable it feels like home. My kids loved being able to play quietly in the large lounge area flooded with light by the large glass vault that overlooks the garden and swing.

As the first stop homestay in Norway, on a cold winter night, the 3 hour pitch black e10 road from the airport.We were greeted by a bright and warm room with a log scent.Fatigue! When we arrived, we saw the aurora in front of the door. So lucky! The view of the room is very good, the living room and every room are facing the sea. The kitchen is extraordinary and the utensils and seasonings are very complete.

Very nice place to stay with great views of the fjord and the mountains. Very good to reach by car. Very nice and helpful host.

Nice quiet remote house. Very traditional… you’re in a real Norwegian family house. Incredibly private… no one around.

Wonderful stay in Raymond's blue house. Check-in was flexible and very well explained. We found it easily and quickly. The house matches the photos well. It is located by the road but in a very quiet village where there are few passages. Little light pollution around the house which allowed us to see beautiful northern lights. Raymond also let us know as soon as there was one. Unforgettable experience that I would recommend. Thank you Raymond!

Great location for visiting the west part of Lofoten. Historical fishing town that is worth the visit, just take into account that supermarkets are therefore a 20min drive away. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and bathroom (washing machine) as well as the elaborate hikes that are available in the area. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Nice apartment just in the middle of an amazing landscape and just 15 min from Svolvær. Moreover, Reinerth was really kind. Highly recommended.

Super nice apartment, lovely area close to nature and small local town. Anne Marie has good and quick communication, as well as helpful in booking changes. The apartment is a warm recommendation for a wonderful stay in Lofoten.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a smiling and gentle hostess who gave us the instructions we needed. The apartment really has soul in terms of design and interior. The firewall behind the oven was really a piece of art and there were lots of little touches around the apartment. The interior was characterized by reuse, which we like. We had a great time and would really recommend others to experience this.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was just as described and pictured. Elisabeth’s place was very comfortable, cozy, and warm. Our cat host was wonderful and super snuggly as well ☺️ Elisabeth was great at communicating and gave us lots of great suggestions. We were able to see the northern lights from the yard and the neighbor even gave us a great suggestion for a hike we did the next day. Would stay here again if we ever get the chance!

An amazing piece of architecture with a beautiful view, and in a perfectly located spot. This was one of our favorite stays on any of our travels so far. Right off the main road for easy access to come and go, and a grocery right down the road. We also saw the northern lights almost every single night we stayed, and never left the house to find them because the views are just that good from this home. You can even view them over the ocean while lying in bed which is very magical and *warm*. The kitchen had everything we needed for a week long stay as well. Can’t wait to come back and bring our friends and family to stay at this house! Book this, you definitely won’t regret it.

The house is very well cared for and beautifully situated with great views and access to a cool walk along the water. It sits at the end of a road in a quirky local neighborhood. It has everything you need including a washer and dryer, a lovely modern bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. Great base to see lots of popular hikes. Also very close to the super cute village of Nusfjord. The only problem was staying up way too late each night to look out the windows.

We were unlucky with the weather but nonetheless had a really nice stay at Cathrine's lovely house. Found lots of tracks to hike in the neighbourhood. Great views when you get up high.

We felt really comfortable. From there we were able to explore Lofoten in peace and relax in the evening. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Eggum! We liked the peaceful location. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Our kid particularly enjoyed the toy trains when we were in the house :)
