A perfect stay! The accommodation was spotless: very clean, spacious and very well-equipped, everything is thought out for the comfort of guests. The host was exceptional, very available and attentive. A great experience, I recommend it without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

The apartment is located in an exclusive residential complex between Muscat and Al Seeb. It is very quiet there and the 1-minute walk to the marina and the strolling mile The Walk with many restaurants and cafes is very easy to reach. You can walk to the stand in about 5 minutes, there are no umbrellas there, you should bring these with you. The apartment is very spacious and comfortably furnished, we didn't miss anything. Dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer are provided, so you don't have to pack too many clothes. Upon our arrival, the apartment was clean and Armani immediately took care of our additional requests, there was still a towel and a fresh sheet missing, this was brought the very next morning. We only used the air conditioning temporarily to cool down the bedrooms from time to time, it is very quiet and powerful. Great is also the private pool next door! We will be happy to come back.😊

The chalet was hard to find as its slightly off grid but after watching the video from The host you are able to find :) The bonus of that is that It was very nice and quiet and a great destination place for having a weekend with friends or family! Pool and bbq area are lovely and all very spacious.

I travelled to Muscat with my wife and two kids and we had a wonderful vacation. The location of this apartment is perfect. Quiet enough that it’s not noisy when you want peace, but surrounded by a myriad of restaurants, cafes and shops when you want something to do within walking distance. Easy access to all of Muscat’s sights. Excellent pool. Close to a lovely beach. We encountered a few issues with the place initially that Hudhaifa was attentive to and sorted out in no time. Would absolutely recommend this lovely apartment, and would happily stay as a guest of Hudhaifa again in future.

Very large accommodation exactly as described. It is functional and having one bathroom per room was very much appreciated. There was also soap in each water room, salt, pepper, sugar, .... everything that is difficult to bring as well as small touches (fresh water in the fridge, biscuits, slippers available). A'idah is responsive and she always met our expectations (we ran out of gas one evening at 8 p.m. and by 9:30 p.m. the bottle had been replaced by a company she contacted). The neighborhood is secured by a private company (but you don't feel unsafe in Oman). The accommodation is close to the highway and a large supermarket. On the other hand, it is located just above Muscat and most of our excursions took place in the south which forced us to travel but the highway network is very developed.

The property is clean, the location is great and has many hypermarkets/mall and restaurants around. The secondary bathroom is small for an above average built person; kitchen could be better equipped and side tables could be a plus for the second room with twin beds. Salim is very responsive and was always available on text. He accommodated our late check out request which is very nice of him to do. Overall I would recommend his place.

We had an amazing stay. The house is spacious and outdoor spaces are perfect to relax or enjoy a good barbecue ! Mishal has been very helpful and responsive.
