Great host!!! 🙌🏾 I will definitely stay here when I’m in the area. This place is beautiful! The neighborhood was lovely and easy to navigate. The host was a pleasure to interact with during my day.

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

great spot in town for doing things around the convention hall, fun restaurants within a block, which was clutch. parking off site was not bad at all, any issues with location were out of the manager's control but nothing worth writing on. the room itself is super cozy, the heating unit is up high so send your cold blooded friends to the loft. both beds on offer were very comfy as is the couch. the kitchenette was well stocked and easy to use. even had a plus of good neighbors.

They were super hospitable, friendly, and gave great recommendations for spots nearby.

I enjoyed my stay at The Home Away. It was clean, peaceful, and as depicted in the pictures. I loved the welcoming touches. Parking was really hard to find but the host did everything on their end to ensure that I could park there in the neighborhood with no problem. I felt safe walking to the nearby store. Thank you again for hosting me, for your prompt responses, and all the information you had readily available for my stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Heather's. The area is very dog-friendly, there is a dog run just a few short blocks away. Lots of amazing food nearby. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and designed very nicely and also with practicality in mind. Parking was never an issue and the internet was stable and fast. We will definitely be coming back once the weather gets nicer.

My husband and I had an amazing getaway and this house was perfect! Clean, literally spotless! Close to everything such as restaurants, fun in the snow, and taking a trip down memory lane. We will definitely be booking another stay in the Spring time.

The Airbnb was nice and perfect for what my family and I needed. We enjoyed our stay. Jeff was nice, he checked in via text to make sure things were going smoothly and had a quick response time.

8 ladies on our annual trip to the Finger Lakes. This was our first time staying at a Linger property. Boondock Retreat positives -Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable - comfortable furnishings, beds were very good - kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great - extra blankets - great view for sunrise - morning visits on the street by a group of deer - appreciated the bottled water cooler Opportunities -water took a long time to heat for shower - we loved having the independent room heaters, but had a difficult regulating it. It seemed as it was either too hot or too cold.

We thoroughly enjoyed Sylvia's Airbnb. The perfect location to enjoy New Paltz. The space so cozy and precious thank you again Sylvia we would love to book with you again sometime.

This was our ninth stay at Zachery’s house! We love the open floor plan; the well-stocked kitchen; the ample space in the bedrooms; and the modern, comfortable bathrooms. And the house is only a 10 minute drive to the charming village of Rhinebeck, with everything it has to offer.

We had a great stay in Troy’s home. Upon entering, we immediately felt at home. The two bedrooms upstairs were cozy and the beds were comfortable. We used this home as our home base while our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter moved into their new residence. The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood where we had quick access to grocery stores so we could make our own meals or dine out at restaurants in West Chester’s fabulous downtown. Troy pays attention to details. When we received some snow, he made sure the driveway and walkways were immediately cleared. We look forward to returning!

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It’s very new and incredibly spacious. The front yard, in particular, made my dog’s three-day stay absolutely delightful. The indoor garage with a charging station kept my Tesla fully charged at all times. The host was extremely nice—when I requested an adjustment to the indoor temperature, he immediately made the change to my satisfaction. Every request and inquiry was responded to promptly. The assortment of cookies and snacks on the table was a lovely touch, and my son especially loved them. Overall, it was a fantastic four-day, three-night stay. I truly hope to return someday!

Great communication, kid friendly, and ideal location!

Eric’s a great host, this is an ideal spot for going skiing on the mountain! It’s in a good spot for both beginners and advanced skiers as it’s right on the beginner slope where you can learn. You can ski directly down to the harder slopes if you prefer.

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

LOVED staying in this condo. The condo is beautiful and so much room for our group to stay in. We were two families and a grandpa (total was 5 adults, 5 children). Location was incredible. The condo was filled with all the amenities you could need during the stay. Plenty of towels and even toothbrushes if you forget yours. Will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay - amazing location right on the lake, easy check in, and felt snug and at home as soon as we arrived. Megan was incredibly helpful and communicative and we will absolutely book again the next time we visit the Poconos!

Fantastic location and completely updated, clean, and comfortable rental. Everything you need is provided, including beach equipment. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Paula and Dwight were extremely responsive and gracious hosts and went out of their way to answer any questions and provide support when needed. Highly recommend!
