A beautiful apartment in a truly beautiful and serene location. I highly recommend the stay here if you plan on visiting Lake Como. It was the perfect home base from which to explore the Lake and its wondrous surroundings with Jaw dropping views and a cosy, homely feel. Lots of great adventuring to be done and amazing food. The spa was great to refresh in after a day of exploring. Daniele is a great host whose communication was fantastic throughout and if I was to visit the lake again in the future I could think of no better place to stay!

I recently stayed at Andrea's place and it was a fantastic experience. His home is not only beautiful but also boasts a breathtaking view! Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Superlative apartment, furnished with attention to detail, elegant and comfortable. Large French door with breathtaking views of the lake and terrace with table with chairs, comfortable loungers and barbecue... a true oasis of relaxation&happyness (a real plus the spa inside the building) as the name of this jewel says. Responsive and very kind hosts&cohosts. Quality service, absolutely recommended :)

Lovely apartment. Close to the shops. Easy to get to the skis fields as the bus stop is right in front of the building.

The place was perfect for our big family. We enjoyed the two nights very much. Every morning we also received super fine, fresh bread. Riccarda is a great host.

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Nicole has thought of everything and has taken care of every small detail to ensure a wonderful stay! A welcome gift of chocolates and local honey were provided and really appreciated it. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pans, utensils, drink ware and dinner ware. Paper towels, sponges, soap, cleaning supplies, spices, salt, pepper, sugar and more were all provided. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels which is something unique and very much appreciated. Nicole was responsive to every message and was even provided us with converter plugs because we forgot Switzerland has different outlets than Austria and Germany. The apartment was just as pictured with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. The apartment is on the lower level of the house and has a terrace that opens to a lovely flat yard. We didn't hear any noise at all from the upstairs or from the road. The house is a short distance (1-2 min drive or 15 min drive) to downtown Flims. Highly recommend!

An extremely friendly, helpful, chilled and emphatic hostess made our stay in the very well-equipped apartment pleasant. We loved the sensational view and the many pets ( two cuddly dachshunds and four ?cute cats ). The journey to the last 600 meters and the steps to the apartment took some getting used to. The pool is tasteful and well laid out. Due to the rather bad weather for this season, however, it was little used by us. Restaurants etc are not easily accessible on foot! There is a footpath to Gravedona, but with a full stomach, I don't think so great. But you can cook and dine there wonderfully when you have taken care of yourself in the Iperal in Dongo (best on the way there). We can definitely recommend the accommodation! Thanks Silvia!!

If you want to stay in a traditional historic Swiss farmhouse this really is the place for you. Yes, the floorboards creak and the ceilings are low, but nothing you wouldn't expect in a building of this age. It is well described and accurate. The views across the lake to the Rigi are breathtaking. It would be possible to simply sit all day and look out of the window. The accommodation has a lovely modern bathroom, is well equipped and as described. It is up a small private road which would be easy to miss if you didn't follow the clear instructions. Highly recommend a stay here. Jürg is lovely and the surroundings are simply gorgeous.

Our home away from home – a perfect retreat We have been coming to this wonderful farmhouse in Waltensburg for years – and every time we feel at home. Everything is always sparkling clean, the furnishings leave nothing to be desired, and the homely atmosphere immediately provides relaxation. The hostess is just fantastic: warm, attentive and always trying to make us feel comfortable. The quiet location and the beautiful nature around it make the stay perfect. A great location and clean modern spacious apartment. Location was close to the ferry terminal and local shops and restaurants. Would like to return again one day when the weather is warmer to sit on the terrace . We would highly recommend it . A bottle of Prosecco and bottles of water in the fridge was a nice touch .

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

A super good experience from booking until check-out. The flat exceeded our expectations, magnificent views, super clean and everything worked to perfection. Helpful and super friendly communication and extremely helpful theoughout our stay with quick responses from both Gary and Sinead, and the on-site support by Wolfgang. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a super cozy skitrip to Ischgl and Kappl which do also allow time to relax.

We had a wonderful stay. Michele and his family were so friendly and helpful. We took our dog, and Michele sister as a vet was able to provide the services needed for our return trip. Michele also offered a taxi service to help us get our car from the garage and my mum to the train station. We can’t thank him enough for making our stay go well. We were able to walk down to the lake edge, the local restaurant the Blue Shell was amazing and we loved going to the little local shop also in walking distance for supplies.

We had a great time at Elena's: the house is delicious, quiet, clean and easy to reach, the view is beautiful, and the owners delightfully kind.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay with Irene. Irene was very helpful and responsive, with useful advice about the local area. The local restaurants, shops, train station and ferry are all within walking distance, but far enough down a fairly steep hill that the place felt private. The place is quiet but exactly what we wanted. Our only challenge was drying off some of our clothes which encountered some unfortunate weather! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Lake Como.

Amazing part of Switzerland. Beautiful home. We had four couples and the space was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully come back.
