Apartment vacation rentals in Surselva District

Perfect place to stay for a few days for 2 pers. Everything in walking distance, apt. 100% in style and design of the 60ies. , feels cosy. Only downside, although there is no place for it, I missed a comfortable chair to relax. But the whole apt. really functional, well kept and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

A beautiful place to stay, well located in the center of this quaint village in this scenic valley. I posted a photo of the view out our balcony on social media, and it got over 50 positive reactions in one day! It was a treat to stay there. When you visit, bring some time with you.

Perfect for our family of five. Quiet and peaceful. Access to skiing was reasonably convenient.

We were 6th for skiing in the apartment. It's a little old but still clean. You can tell that the building has been around for several years, in the stairwell it is very chilly. In front of the apartment door, there are several wooden boards on which you can leave ski boots or shoes. On the other hand, the apartment is warm. It has 2 night storage ovens. The beds are comfortable and the blankets very cuddly. The kitchen is amply equipped - nothing is missing:) Communication with Eugen also went smoothly.

Wonderful apartment in a tranquille Alpine village. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and probably with the most well equipped kitchen I've experienced during my many years as AirBnB guests. Overall - the apartment was _very_ generously equipped (not only the kitchen) in a way few apartments are. You'll have virtually everything you need, and more. Lots of space inside, seating areas, sofas etc and a breathtaking view over the village and the surrounding Alps. The ski lift is a very short walk away, and since there was not snow in the village we walked to the lift. Not a problem at all, it's super close. There's a small but very well equipped grocery store literally 3 min walk from the apartment.  The hosts were enormously helpful and generous. There was a bottle of delicious Prosecco and a handwritten letter waiting for us. Such a nice gesture - we felt instantly at home.  I'm giving this apartment my sincerest recommendations! We traveled with our 1 year old sun and the apartment had everything we needed - covered parking place, a lift, enough amount of space for the 3 of us, more than well equipped and stocked kitchen and even coffee capsules. I really appreciated the basic ingredients - spices, salt, oil, ... were provided in sufficient amounts. Plus the Coop shop is within few minutes of reach. The apartment was clean and despite it's next to the cable car, it was very quiet and relaxing. We found the interior design to our liking and everything was well described and documented with photos. The host provided clear information on how to check-in and check-out and was open to making some smaller adjustments regarding our arrival and departure. Most important - our son loved the place, which contributed to well spent time in Flims - which is a gorgeous spot on it's own.

We loved our stay at Casa Ravieni. We are family of 5 with an 11, 9 and 3 year old and we found short distance away to great playareas and other activities. Ski resort is only 7 minutes drive! The apartment was very clean, kitchen all equipped, the ONLY downside was no exclusive wash machine in the apartment, instead there was residential one for all guests to use downstairs but this in no way lessens our positive feedback on our stay. The view from apartment and the surroundings are truly breathtaking! we can see Alps everywhere and little drive up the mountains and we indulged in a little play in snow with our children which we never get to do in UK as we get only a bit of snow dust! Judith and Peter were delightful and such amazing hosts! It was also our first experience with Airbnb and we're pleasantly surprised. We definitely made memories and will be back in future!

The stay was again very nice. Unfortunately, the very good restaurant just next to the apartment has changed the tenant and closed the cafe next to the valley station. But of course the landlady can't do anything about it :)

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Marianne is in good hands. A well furnished and equipped studio in a wonderful environment. Just enjoy the silence or move around in the winter world, here it has space for everything. I'd love to come back.

It was an incredibly lovely time staying at Rico's place! The location is great! We were able to go directly to the ski slope in just a few steps and then up with the Godel. The kitchen as well as the whole apartment is well equipped and very cozy! We would come back back.

The place exceeded all expectations. From the start of booking to the end. It was so nice, we didn't want to go home anymore. The location is top for skiing, walking and exploring the area. It was a time of all-round wellness. We had a very nice time and felt very comfortable. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. We'll be happy to come back.

Billy was available at all times and took great care of us. The apartment is great, well equipped and modern, and sauna/hammam and hot tub are mega after a day of skiing. Thanks Billy, also for the cava 😉

Michaels place is the perfect place to stay wether your a family with kids or just a couple looking for a romantic getaway Everything is so stylish but so comfortable that even our 7 year old son said it felt very „cozy“ We were there for 5 nights and were so greatful for this opportunity to stay here. Close enough to the hills to be active, far enough away to be peaceful If your skiing it’s a bit of a walk to the laax gondala. You can ski down but you need to be quite skilled. We drove down and parked at rocks resort ( we have a 7 year old and 4 year old) and for the day it was cheaper to park than it was to rent a storage locker) In the house he has everything. You just need to get you own food from the supermarket The view from this house is outstanding and it would be great to sit out on the balcony and enjoy. But with the kids it was a bit too cold We will definitely come back and recommend his place to anyone we know traveling to Laax Thank you Michael

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Great location. You can drive directly to the ski lift. Nicole was very friendly and helpful. Short-term request regarding additional garage parking was organized immediately.
