We stayed here for F1. It was perfect. Theron was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again and suggest it for friends and family. Very spacous and close to the strip! Had everything we needed. Loved that parking was covered too.

Will definitely stay here again. We need a place with 2 bedrooms because we have young kids that go to bed early, and we need a space away from them. This was like having 2 connected 1-bedroom apartments and it was great! (Must confirm with host about rooms being connected) We even used the smaller living room as a 3rd bedroom. The shopping/dining plaza downstairs has everything you need, so convenient!

Nubar is a great host! He is very responsive and gave clear communications throughout our stay. The property was immaculate and has beautiful views even for us locals. I wish we were there for more than one night.

Room was perfect for two adults, clean room, tidy linen. Amenities perfect also. Only flaw throughout the stay was that the room wasn’t facing the strip so we had a view of the opposite side of Vegas looking at industrial & residential areas, also being out of pool season we didn’t have access to the pool amenities. Otherwise enjoyed our stay and we defiantly stay again!

William was an excellent host would recommend everytime and to everyone. Helped us with some issues we were having while booking and responded very fast to all are questions and in a timely manner. Next time I go to Vegas definitely first place I’m looking up again! Beautiful place and wonderful experience!

The location and views of this suite were amazing! We loved having a view of the Sphere from our bedroom window - it was definitely a highlight for us (both parents and kids). Being able to spend time relaxing on the balcony in the mornings and evenings watching the planes take off was an added bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and my kids said the fold-out couch was comfortable for them - no complaints! Great shower as well, and it was nice having two bathrooms, one for each sleeping area. The walk to the MGM Grand and the strip was fairly quick with the moving walkways, and the access to the monorail was convenient. We had a car with us, and the valet parking was fairly quick to bring our car up when we needed it. Cynthia was very quick to respond to questions and very friendly in her communication. We would definitely stay again!

Last time we stayed at Palms with a different host everything went wrong. this host however was clear, Responsive and understanding. my wife thought the Disco ball was cool touched it and it fell. I contacted the host and she was very understanding and didn't bite our heads off. The space was very beautiful, Roomy was perfect staycation for our anniversary. we will definitely be staying with this host again. Thank you again!

This property was awesome! Perfect for our quick trip to Vegas. The staff was super friendly. The property is big, but they have staff with golf carts to take you around. The area is walkable to the backside of the Linq, Flamingo and the Sphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, Ron was helpful with a small mistake I made, but he fixed it with the front desk for us. Hotel security required required us to allow them to come in every day for inspections for the Formula 1 event to make sure nobody was planning another shooting, which isn’t anyone’s fault. Otherwise it was quiet and undisturbed. If you have light sleepers using pull out couch, just be aware that stronger winds makes the sliding balcony door buzz pretty loudly. If you crack the door it goes away, but then the jets taking off are louder. Very minor issue IMO. I would stay here again for sure.

Great find that’s walking distance from the strip! Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend if you’re seeing a show at the Sphere. Less than a 10 minute walk from the Sphere. Also, very quiet. I felt safe with the guard gates and it was peaceful.

Great spot! Everything was super clean and comfortable for our family of four. Loved the easy access to the strip, the Starbucks in the lobby, and especially the amazing views of the strip and beyond. Highly recommend!

Patricia’s suite was perfect. Tower 3 is a haven of peace after the craziness of the strip! Valet parking was fast & efficient with great hotel staff. The suite is on level 3, near the lobby lifts, so getting to your room & collecting your car is fast & efficient. After a busy trip that took in San Francisco, the East Coast Highway, LA & finally Las Vegas, we were ready for a bit of relaxation as well as fun! The whirlpool bath in Patricia’s huge bathroom was amazing and took away all our aches & pains, after days of walking & sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen was fantastic for breakfast and I even managed a three course dinner for four on our last night. The full size fridge, oven, hob & microwave were all great & Patricia has thought of everything you might need. In October, one of the 3 Signature pools was open and you also get use of the MGM Grand pool with its lazy river. All in all a great trip with a fantastic suite & a responsive helpful host. Thank you!

Amazing home! It's near the main avenue of Las Vegas. You have on hand, shops, restaurants, clothing stores, bus stops. In addition to the fact that the host is always attentive to everything, there was excellent communication throughout my stay. The room is super comfortable and you have a refrigerator and coffee maker. We will definitely be back staying there! :)
