Vacation rentals with lake access in Sumida River

Eric's place is a great choice if you plan to stay with your family in Tokyo. The place is clean and tidy. Easy to commute to, close to subway stations. Also we love walking around the neighborhood! Highly recommend.

The overall feeling is good, although the host lives upstairs, it can be almost completely untouched and feels relatively independent. The place is quiet and close to Harry Potter Park, highly recommended if you are going to play Harry Potter Park.

it's a very lovely house with complete and clean furnitures, in my opinion this house is perfect for just 3 people. The hosts are very helpful, I asked them a lot of questions since it's my first time to Japan and they helped me a lot, it's also a quiet and peaceful area, it's a bit far from the station and convenience store, but overall I think it's worth the price 🫶🏻

Shu is very kind. He responds to messages right away and warmly welcomes you into the house. She speaks good English and has great local tips. They are available to lend you the bike and make a great coffee in the morning! It was a place I felt at home. The property is divided into two floors. Shu has reserved the entire second floor for guests, this is divided into two rooms, a sleeping area, and a day. The living area has this low table with the typical Japanese heated blanket and it was so nice to write and work at that table. Authentic experience! Recommended

The location of the homestay is convenient to the subway station 8 minutes on foot, the subway station should be the center of the district, there is a walking commercial street, cosmetics, supermarket, convenience store.This choice of B&B has brought us a deep Japanese life experience, the host is super nice, all kinds of quick response help, very trustworthy.

Great location - close to the park, train station and cream puff bakery. The host was very responsive in helping answer our questions. It did feel a little too cozy for 2 ppl since it is furnished with a kitchen, dining table, 2 beds in a relatively small area. But great value for the price and it is in a private neighborhood. Note: you can clearly hear the trains pass every couple of min throughout the night so be wary if you are a light sleeper. We both are heavy sleeper so we didn’t mind as much but it was loud.

I and my family already stayed in Yumenoya twice because Yumenoya near Kichijoji station, convenience stores and lovely spot in Kichijoji area. Its best part of Yumenoya , near Inokashira Park, just 2 minutes walking from Yumenoya hotel. Clean room, amenities complete for several days and staff always quick responsive when I need support. I and my family will choose Yumenoya when we visit Tokyo again in future.

Good wifi. Helpful and responsive host. The place is located on the 4th floor without elevator, but host carried our suitcases to the top.

Very nice living experience

This is easily one of my most favorite neighborhoods in the area and the accommodations were amazing! The home was clean and beautiful! Fantastic blend of traditional and modern. Great area that puts you within walking distance of Asakusa, while being on the quiet side of the Sumida River. Top notch all the way around!
