Spacious house with large sunny outdoor area and a small outdoor living room. Beautiful nature around the door, great hiking opportunities in the area. Mountain hikes and fishing in fjords and water as well as salmon fishing river in nearby areas. New and great swimming facility (Suldal bathroom) about 20 min from. 5 min walk to grocery store, otherwise 20 min to the center of Suldal with cafe as well as nice shops. About 1 hour to Røldal, 2 hours away from trolltunga and pulpit rock. The house is located in Ryfylke which is about 2.5 hours from Stavanger and 2 hours from Haugesund.

The house is located in beautiful Parkveien, right by Sneath's Park in Åbøbyen, which is the garden town built for the factory at the beginning of the 20th century. The house is in original style but has been completely renovated. The house has 4 floors with 4 bedrooms divided on the different floors. It is suitable for 2 families. Short distance to Sauda bath, duck pond, shops, pharmacy and wine monopoly. Courtyard with space for two cars. Walking distance to the fast boat dock where the boat from Stavanger comes in. Bed linen can be rented for 150kr per set.

The house is in original style but completely renovated and comfortable. There is a sunny patio and in the loft there is a climbing wall! Great for 1 or 2 families. Great hiking opportunities in the area, short distance to Saudabadet, shops, pharmacy and wine monopoly. Courtyard room that can accommodate two cars and electric car charger. Walking distance to fast boat dock with route to Stavanger.

Short distance to ski resorts, ski and hiking trails, swimming facilities, beach, sea and mountain fishing, golf course, etc. Good playgrounds for children in the immediate vicinity. 5 minutes by car to the cozy city center. Large house in central Sauda with amazing views !

Large older brick house with 5 bedrooms and stunning views out to Saudafjorden. It is about 450m to grocery and downtown. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Svandalen ski center, 5 min to golf course, 10 min to walk to swimming pool with outdoor pool. There are amazing hiking areas nearby. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. All you have to bring are bed linens and towels. There is garden furniture, fishing equipment, various games like badmington, frisbee and horseshoe and an electric bike for you to use.

Cozy home in Sauda

Welcome to us in Sauda. At our place you can enjoy a peaceful stay in scenic surroundings just outside the city center, in a quiet neighborhood. The house is old, soulful, and filled with retro and vintage furniture (not the beds). New tiled bathroom with shower and a well equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher contributes to comfort. The garden invites to lovely outdoor hours, with good sun conditions. If you like the mix of old and new, and like both inside and outside, you will like here. You are welcome :)

Older summer house with very short distance to the beach and city centre! Secluded location with terrace, garden and parking Friendly neighborhood with sound from both dogs, kids and adults. The house is noticeably old and is characterized by it, but is a good fit for holiday and leisure! Park your car and relax, everything you need is close by. Recommend evening sun and sunset on the beach. Washing machine, dishwasher, tv w/chromecast, garden furniture, equipment for play in the garden or beach.
