Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sukasada

This was a superb experience living for a month within a Balinese family compound. It was a great location for walking to Ubud and had a selection of restaurant/cafes closeby. A variety of Beautiful spas were also close for treatments. The accomodation had a swimming pool which we used daily and a family shop which was very convenient. All of the Balinese family members were so lovely and welcoming that we cant wait to return for another holiday.

A fantastic stay in Ubud. Umaya is a short walk from the centre with lots of shops, bars, restaurants and spas. It is around a 20-25 minute walk from the Art Market too. Umaya is situated on the edge of Monkey Forest so we saw lots of monkeys when walking to and from the centre too! Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The space was lovely and Dewa was a very lovely host. We really enjoyed our short stay here. The upstairs lounge area was a really beautiful and relaxing to unwind.

A stunning place to stay! Not for the faint-hearted as it is quite remote but for anyone adventurous I couldn’t recommend it more. The villa team cooked three great meals a day however if you need any extra food supplies you’ll have to bring them with you. Make sure you’re up early to experience the sun rises.

The Paya Paya Villa was the perfect accommodation for our adult family's annual holiday (four pairs of adults). Each couple had their own well appointed beautiful bedroom and ensuite giving them their own space within the Villa whilst the outside area and open living room allowed us all to come together for meals, card games, massages and drinks by the pool. The Villa is exactly as described and the images do not express the peaceful feel and generous proportions of the home. The location was central to a diverse range of restaurants (recommend Lilo Indonesian Comfort Food & the Italian Restaurant); medical/pharmacy; "corner" store; and walking/scooter distance from Seminyak shopping district, the beach and Potato Heads. The Villa staff, Arie, Made, Yulis, Made and Ketut allowed us to easily enjoy what Bali had to offer and made our stay so memorable. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. It was very difficult to leave such an incredible country and people.

A great place to stay away from the traffic of Ubud but an easy walk, or motorbike ride into town. Lovely place, very comfortable bed and pillow 😊. Kadeks house looks into the garden and pool area, as does the upstairs guest apartment but the curtains were mostly pulled and it feels like you are in your own private oasis. we really loved our stay at the artist apartment... we could only stay for single night this time becuase of our plans in bali. but we wish to come back for long term stay at the artist apartment for a month plus+ very spacious with a great vibe to concentrate and do creative work we really loved the eclectic design and art.. felt like home.. we loved the books they left there , were acctualy interesting to read.. the beautiful jungle surrounding the apartmant , the river you can see from terrace..we didnt want to leave and we hope to come back. thank you air ubud

This is a really nice property within Ayana Residence, which is located within the broader Ayana Resorts premises. The apartment is great with excellent views of the ocean. The housekeeping staff is very helpful. You have access to all the Ayana restaurants. Going around is easy as one can call the buggy to the apartment building; it usually shows us within 15 mins. I would have liked to be able to access the gym and pool at the main resort as those are more luxurious with astounding views of the ocean, but those are not available to those staying at Ayana Residence. Fortunately, the gym and pool at Ayana Residence were also decent. Overall, it is great value, and we would love to come back someday.

Glad to find bali duta apartment from the list. Great location close to the airport and kuta beach, malls, restaurants, banks, pharmacies. The apartment itself clean and comfortable. Recommend !!

Nyoman is a very caring and cool host. I came to Ubud for the first time, but I was so happy. He cleaned right away and accepted feedback right away. And he always tried to communicate with me and gave me a lot of information. He’s a very honest man to know. There will be good accommodation and delicious food. I’ll be back next year. I’ve travelled to over 35 countries in my life. Joe & his team are basically what you’d expect to find in a hotel. Very professional. I stayed in two of his villas for two months & every single problem or request I had, he and Enzo took care of right away. I asked for an office chair & desk: Delivered before arrival. Wifi wasn’t working very well in the second Villa: new modem installed that day by Enzo. Free airport pick-up/drop off too! The pool’s big & beautiful &, in this villa, is right in front of your place. There’s on-site staff all day & usually thru the night, + just an sms away, 24/7. The place is located right nearby a cool street w/lots to see, + the beach is like 10 minutes away on scooter. Joe & his team even helped me get a local scooter + w/visa services. When I first saw the Villa I was a little turned off by the purple color on the couch but once u’re inside it’s just fine. I’ll stay again in the future for sure! Thank you, Joe & Enzo!!

Nice place of stay. It being a little off-center helps in beating the traffic woes. Leni and Wayan Najah are great hosts. Wish had contacted Wayan for local guidance right at the start of our trip since he is very will informed.

Devi's Place is a property of 15 private villa's well managed and maintained by Ketut and his sweet family. Everyone was very friendly and responsive to requests and questions. Villa Via is even more beautiful than the pictures can convey. We never got tired of looking out over the lush, colourful garden full of birds and butterflies. The pool was clean and and refreshing, The loungers could use pads. There are 2 beautiful palapas in the yard that are very comfortable. The kitchen is a good size and everything worked properly. There could be a better selection of cooking supplies in general. The living room is open to the yard. A great place to relax and look at the whimsical yard or watch the rains fall. The furniture is comfortable and has a Smart TV. The bedroom is lovely with lots of storage and A/C. The bed is hard. Nice bathroom but the water pressure in the shower is weak. I had to wash my hair with the hose outside. Overall we loved our stay here. Thank you Ketut!

The villa is amazing - new, clean, well ventilated and has pretty much everything you need. The pool was used and abused. The host Putu and hospitality guy Gusti are very helpful. Location wise it's ~30mins walk to Ubud Centre, we just walk 5mins to the start of the street to catch Grab/Taxi whenever we don't feel like walking. Would recommend this villa

Villa Papiya exceeded all expectations it’s even more beautiful than the photos! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They prepared a lovely breakfast each morning and went above and beyond to arrange transportation for our stay in Bali, making everything seamless. The villa itself was stunning, well maintained, and the perfect retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful unique villa! Mostly open concept but each room has its own a/c and was sealed from the elements which was nice! Beautiful pool and hangout area. Host was responsive and flexible with check in/out, fresh filtered water is provided, plus villa has all amenities and close to all different stores/restaurants and beach clubs. Definitely recommend to check this place out! Thanks again

Nama has worked at Grand Hyatt for over 25 years and it shows! He came to pick us up at the airport, reached before time - was always responsive. The room was cleaned daily and it was just perfect! The greenery around the place and the private pool are simply great value adds. The location is walking distance to great vegan places like Alchemy and Moksa, and though the approach road on one side was a bit too steep, it has an alternate approach road which is more easily accessible on a scooter. We also took the scooter on rent from him and he was gracious enough to waive off the first days rent as we couldn’t go out on that day Overall a great value for money, we will definitely prefer this the next time we are in Bali. I am typing this from a room in Grand Hyatt and both me and my wife strongly feel that Nama’s villa had a better room and bathroom than the one at Grand Hyatt - that too at a significantly lower price point!

Our stay was absolutely perfect for our family, including our two children. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well looked after. The villa was spotless, with immaculate attention to detail that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time. The kids had so much fun, and we all felt right at home.
