Vacation rentals with a patio in Suffolk

Ross’s place was a lovely break away in between Christmas and New Year. We had everything we needed at the property and it was very clean and welcoming. Ross responded well to any queries we had and we would love to come back. Beautiful area of the world

I promised Peter, at his asking, to give suggestions as to how to make a guest visit better. Well, I’ve come up with a blank. Everything was perfect, well thought through, generous, spotlessly clean.

We had a lovely stay at Lime lodge. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was fab and nice and private. Log burner was fab too. Would recommend if you want a good value place to stay near Norwich.

Thanks so much Rachel, we had a blast! With Ipswich Town being a short drive away, and Jimmy's just next door, we found lots to do but still had a lovely little chalet to come back to to warm up again!

Modern chalet with everything we needed. So many little touches that we weren't expecting, a very nice welcome pack, lots of tea and coffee, salt and pepper loo rolls, etc. It was cold and wet for most of the time we were there but the chalet was warm and cosy. Big enclosed decking area for our dogs. Will be looking to book again.

Teresa was lovely and welcoming from first meeting her. The place had everything needed for a stay and had lots of breakfast food and hot drinks. The place was very spacious and comfy, with plenty of good amenities, and the stay was beyond enjoyable. I can't thank her enough!

The Annexe was a lovley getaway for us. The property was cosy, clean and felt just like home. Very quiet and peaceful. Anne was a very helpful and responsive host and was always just a message away. The property is well equipped and heated up very well which was needed for the colder evenings. Comfortable bed, stocked up kitchen and all round the ideal place the stay

We stayed here as two families and had a great time. The house was v well equipped, dog friendly and had v comfy beds! Peter was very responsive and helpful in suggesting where we could see the gallops.

Lovely cottage, plenty of character. Would stay here again if we are in the area ! Sudbury is a lovely town. The place was so clean, well equipped. My only note is that it is an old building there is creaks and small ceilings but I think that just added to the stay, my other half and I loved it !

A spacious, warm, comfortable and homely space with very easy parking in the front garden. In a bus route into Southwold but with local grocery shop within 2 minutes walk from the house.

Our second stay at T&T’s beautiful home. Myself and my partner John could not fault the hosts in any way, the property is beautiful and even some added extras since our last stay and our suggestion listened to from before. Hosts were amazing when we had issues with heating and hot water and their handy man was very friendly and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. Such generous and amazing hosts. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future.

We stayed for one night after attending a local wedding. The annex was very clean and well-presented. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was lovely. Lydia was really proactive at replying to messages and answering questions. Overall, a nice place to stay for a quick trip.

Beautifully warm despite being only 2 degrees outside. Lovely quirky property but worth mentioning (as others have previously) that the characterful flooring might not be so suitable for young children or those less abled. The decor made the house feel very homely. Very responsive to messages. Would definitely come back.

David and Jo were excellent hosts. Every little detail had been carefully thought out, and taken care of. They were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout our stay, and could not have been more helpful. The cottage itself is so charming, and beautifully presented. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect haven to come back to. We will most definitely be back.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Mandy's place exceeded my expectations. The accommodation looks better than in the photos, The accommodation was very comfortable, private and peaceful. I shall definitely be returning back again.

lovely little bungalow. on arrival we were met with champagne, scones, croissants and a few other bits! has climate control in the kitchen and bedroom. really nice , aesthetically pleasing accommodation. recommend for a cozy night in☺️

We had a supper weekend break here in Felixstowe. A clean and homely flat which was nice and quiet. We were able to go on lovely walks from Felixstowe into the surrounding countryside and also managed a trip on the ferry to Harwich. We had a problem with the TV and Amnar messaged us straight away and we sorted it out. A successful break!

Fiona’s Annexe really did exceed expectations, the photos are spot on but once you’re there you will feel right at home as the place is excellent. One of the best Airbnbs I have been to. Not only that but Fiona was super responsive to all my questions and an excellent host. We will return and I cannot recommend staying here enough.

We had a wonderful stay in Claire's AirBnb. The place was spotlessly clean, ideally located and just as it looks in the photos (doesn't always happen!) We were given really clear instructions which was very helpful and our hosts couldn't have been nicer
