Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Suffolk County

The rental was perfectly fine for our needs. Some of the instructions in the guest booklet or a little outdated but due to the good communication this was not a problem. The dryer needs a new belt. I dried a load of laundry around 11:30 p.m. at night and it was extremely loud but the dryer did dry the clothes. The lock on the door where you put your code in does not exactly match up to the lock in the door, so it took a few times in order to lock the door. There was plenty of parking on the street and the owner did shovel part of the pathway for safety reasons. My father uses a cane and is not stable on his feet so if you are in Boston when it is snowing it is a little bit of a walk down the driveway to street parking. The hosts were responsive and very friendly. and I would definitely stay here again. the rental was very quaint, clean and very inviting

We were really lucky to find this amazing apartment for our first Airbnb experience. It was in a perfect location for us and offered many special touches to make our trip easier and more comfortable. It's easy to see why Vicki is a Superhost; she was thoughtful, attentive, and prompt in getting back to us. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

Great house, beautifully decorated with authentic furniture and well-equipped Kitchen. The house is very spacious with everything included ( a real air bnb) , inc. parking permit and very easy access to Cambridge and Somerville. Didn’t meet Susan but she was very reactive to any queries we had . We appreciated the late departure . Thanks !

We had a great stay at Michael's house. It was a stressful time as we were there to attend my mother's funeral. Michael was the perfect host and could not have been kinder to us. He responded quickly to questions or requests and he was very flexible: offering us an early check in and was accommodating when we needed to add a day at the end of our stay. The house was lovely: clean, well-stocked, warm and homey. The perfect place to come home to after a long day. It was nice to have different sitting rooms, if you wanted some quiet time. We were close to downtown restaurants, walkable when it's not 10 degrees! The ocean is right at the end of the street. It was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We would most definitely stay again!

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

This place was perfect for our family. Everything was so tidy! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and spices and even Tupperware and ziploc bags. The extra outlet surge protectors were also a nice touch. Overall the house was homey and extremely functional. You could tell that Marybeth really cares about the place and doing right by her guests.

Karen’s home truly is cozy. We were here two weeks before Christmas and it was decorated and beautiful. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, nice big fluffy towels and I loved the shower! We have stayed in several,places in the Boston area and this is one of the best. Even my dogs loved it!

I had to change locations from another property and Johna did a fantastic job placing me in this place. The location worked and apartment was perfect. The communications about the change and the new place were smooth. I appreciated the fact that a new location was found that was close by my original rental. I have rented from Johna a few times before and will continue to do so when in Boston.

Beautiful neighborhood, close to MFA, Isabella Stewart Gardiner Museum, Symphony Hall, Fenway Park; easy walk to public transportation. Lovely home — really feels like a home, not all white paint and IKEA furniture. We really liked staying there.

Perfect place for our weekend trip! We planned to visit Salem & Boston, and it’s located pretty much in the middle of the two places so it worked perfect!! It was a good amount of space for the 4 of us! We enjoyed the patio on evening, that was a very nice additional space.

Carol and John were great hosts and very attentive. They have a beautiful view of the water as well!

The place is clean and easy to check-in. The location is excellent and close to many restaurants and places we have visited. Saber is responsive and well-communicated.

I stayed at Luisa's for one month while going through a huge life transition. It was amazing, cozy, clean and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Luisa was very kind and responsive. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! I am so grateful for the space and kindness she provided.

This is the second time we stayed at Dave & Mandy's place. Great location, comfortable accommodations, extremely clean and well maintained. We plan on returning again soon.

Rong was very friendly and helpful and communication with her was very reliable and uncomplicated. We had a good stay and the accommodation is a good base from which to explore Boston.

Mark and his villa were perfect for us during our "displacement" for almost 2 weeks while our floor was redone. He was the perfect host: 1 - being beyond accommoative with our quick displacement 2 - was an excellent communicator and lightning quick responses before/during/after our stay 3 - the villa is in a gorgeous area, with plenty to do nearby and all the amentities you could want: grocery stores, restaurants, and things to see/do super close 4 - there's plenty of room throughout the house for everyone (including our dog!) 5 - the kitchen is well-stocked both with cooking staples and equipment, even had a fresh bag of coffee waiting for us! I can't recommend him and this listing enough, whether you are displaced during reno's like we were or just in the area and looking for a place that can feel like a home away from home. It has everything you could need/want from my perspective, and I am very picky when I am spending an elongated period of time. Thanks Mark, was a pleasure :)

This is my third stay at Anna & Samuel! The house is always very clean, warm and comfortable. The neighbor is quiet and inviting. Anna is always very accommodating, helpful and friendly. She is a sweetheart and takes pleasure and pride in hosting.

Visiting Anna and Samuel's home allowed for an immediate positive impression of Boston/MA. We felt lucky to be in such an enchanting house and room. More importantly, Anna was extremely kind and helpful. She was always present to guide us and all of her efforts for us (and other guests) felt genuinely friendly - I'd never seen anything like it, but she truly brought guests together and created a cozy environment for all of us. Very unexpectedly nice... I'd love for us to return next year! I recommend this place to any visitors of Boston/MA.

Beautiful well appointed home with lots of space for sleeping, bathing, and common spaces for gathering. Beautiful modern kitchen with everything we needed for our seven person group. Comfortable beds and overall surroundings, beautifully decorated in great condition. We stayed in the winter so we did not get use of the pool or hot tub, even though I believe the hot tub was ready to jump right in, but it was 25° out with wind chills in the teens. The master bathroom suite was probably our favorite thing about the home, heated floors and towel bar with a soaker tub and multi outlet shower as well as a heated toilet seat with modern bidet features. Didn’t use the fireplace or the sauna, but the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely stay here again!
