Very clean and cozy room. The mattress is big and very comfortable! The outside space is very good as well with some hammocks, couches and a good view to the lake! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Totally recommended!

We spent three nights in this listing, following an issue in our first home. So we were very happy to see when we arrived that everything was super clean, even the outdoor kitchen! Miguel and Déborah welcomed us with great kindness and even allowed us to drop off our luggage before the check-in time at the accommodation, which helped us a lot. In the accommodation, in addition to a bedroom with a huge very comfortable bed, you will have access to a superb terrace and a well-equipped and clean kitchen! In addition, there is a magnificent view of the roof, breathtaking for the sunrise. The accommodation is super well located because it is almost in the heart of San Pedro so very easy to access on foot. Some reviews talk about noise but it is present throughout the village, no matter what place you choose you won't get away from it. And personally, we didn't mind, we slept very well.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Diego was proactive, responsive, and helpful, well above expectations. The rooftop terrace was a delight to see the lake.

The room looks neat and clean. Very nice that there is a private bathroom in the room. The bed is huge and slept very well. It is warm in the room but because the bed is so big, you don't have to be stuck against your partner :p. Miguel is an incredibly friendly man and quick in communication. Thanks for the stay Miguel!

Very pleasant stay! The apartment is easy to reach and all the good restaurants, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The place is all new and squeaky clean, had hot water and a fully equipped kitchen. Miguel and Enly were super easy to communicate with, checked in with us a few times and were so sweet and friendly - and they have an in-house laundry!!! Also loved the chill out area with the beautiful lake view.

This apartment was a great base for adventure on Lake Atitlan! We walked to the apartment from the boats the first day, which was a lot more hilly than expected (would definitely take a tuk tuk next time!). Once we arrived, the hosts were very quick to respond to our messages and let us in upon arrival. The apartment is a great find in San Pedro! It had everything we needed and we would recommend to anyone looking to stay in San Pedro

Alejandra has everything. The medicine drawer was heaven sent. Other airbnb’s didn’t even provide soap or enough toilet paper. So it was a thoughtful touch!

Ataraxia was a peaceful palace on a serene lake. I will never forget it! Our group of 12 friends could not believe how beautiful and luxurious it was. There are so many areas nestled throughout the property to relax and marvel at the beauty of the surroundings. Salvador does an amazing job maintaining all of the plants and landscaping. Rosa cooked a delicious dinner and two breakfasts, all on very short notice. The kayaks worked great. The lake water was perfect for jumping off the deck into. We spent as much time as we could in the heated pool. We were so sad to leave. Anyone would be lucky to stay here.

Lovely location and beautiful views

By far, the best of the 4 places we stayed in while in Guatemala. We felt very comfortable and were able to get great sleep. We visited with our 4 kids to attend community Spanish school and it was very close by and easy to go back and for the to school. Easy access to town center by TukTuk. Washer and dryer was such a blessing. It was easy to regulate the temp in the house as there were a few windows with screens so we could leave them open without worrying about flies coming in. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful modern house with a great view. House is a bit remote and is a bit difficult to reach, but due to the commitment of Daniel, the host, it was a pleasant stay. During our stay, Maria cooked and cared for us, good food and a very sweet woman. House is modern furnished with lots of comfortable things. For some, the 200 steps stairs might be a bit tricky.
