This is the perfect place to stay in Subotica! The most beautiful and important sights in the city are walkable within 5 minutes. (Make sure to have local cash for the bakery next door.) The host is very accommodating and responsive. The apartment has everything you need in addition to the homey feel you get as soon as you walk in. I'm so happy I chose to stay here and I highly recommend you do the same!

All recommendations! Beautiful neighbourhood if you with a child. City ce ter is not too far, you have everything you need. Apartment is very clean and cosy, we are really enjoyed.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sandra apartment. Great location - near the center, quiet neighborhood and house, large cozy studio, well-equipped kitchen - we had a wonderful week with the whole family! Sandra is a responsive and friendly host, she gave us valuable tips on the city we were in for the first time, responded quickly to any question that came up, and also met us in person late in the evening. 100% recommendation for travelers who want to discover the lovely Serbian city of Subotica.

We arrived in Subotica during the day and were warmly welcomed by Jelica at check-in. Everything went perfectly! The apartment is bright, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. It was evident that a lot of effort went into planning the space, making every inch functional and comfortable. All the furniture is brand new, beautifully arranged, and, most importantly, very convenient. There were a few minor details, like the absence of a cutting board, but Jelica resolved them in seconds. The building is located very close to the city center, yet on a quiet street, providing the perfect balance. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and overall, we had only positive impressions from both the apartment and our interaction with Jelica. We would gladly stay here again!

She was a great host. I forgot to bring a coat hanger to store my suit and she gave me one for free. Super helpful and kind.

This is an excellent apartment for two, equipped with all the necessary amenities (special thanks for the coffee machine and the supply of capsules!). The apartment is spotless, cozy, and just a 15-minute walk from the central city square. Renata was super friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at Jasminka's place for 2.5 days....and it was nothing but a pleasure! Jasminka is a very responsive host and was there to welcome me to the apartment. She is kind, friendly , professional , and even helped me with my bags. Once in the apartment , she explained the easiest route to the center of the city ( approx. a 6 to 8 min walk) , and showed me the workings of the apartment. All the landmarks are within walking distance of the building. The apartment is nestled in a brand new building, and is extremely comfortable. I found it to be even better than depicted in the pictures. It is well equipped and has a lovely view of the homes and greenery near by. The building is right next to an IDEA grocery store. Checking out of the apartment was just as easy as checking in , with Jasminka and her daughter bidding me farewell. If I ever return to beautiful Subotica again, I would stay at Jasminka's place in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything, Jasminka :)

Great staying experience.

That’s a nice place overall, if you take the price into consideration. Petra is a nice host who is willing to answer your questions, though I saw her only once. The room is located close to the city hall, so you can easily go every main spots in the city. The wash machine and the fridge look pretty new and operate normally. You can cook basic meals with things equipped. And there’s also a central heating device, so I felt warm all time during the winter. However, this room seems like adapted from an auxiliary building, so the sound insulation is not so nice, but you shouldn’t be particular about it with such a valuable price.

Highly Recommended! The apartment was lovely, with beautiful furnishings, a complete kitchen, natural light, and everything you need for a fantastic stay. The host Serge is also very friendly and helpful. He is always there to answer questions. Check-in and Check-out were very smooth. I'll be back!

It is in a great downtown location with a perfect view. The apartment is very comfortable for two families with children.

We were able to check in when we wanted, we just had to message the owner. The owner is super nice and friendly. The gym is very nice and large. The garden is lovely decorated. The apartment was nice and clean. The air conditioning and heater worked great. I can only recommend the accommodation.
