Vacation rentals with a patio in Stuttgart

Jordana is very gracious, we were allowed to stay an hour longer because of the time change. There were five of us. The apartment was super clean, the only thing we were missing was a slightly larger table where we could have breakfast together. The location of the apartment is very close to the city, you can walk to the city center without any problems. Everything is fine, we will be happy to come back.

Everything one or two people need for a short stay in Stutrgart. All amenities and facilities provided, as advertised. The property is set amongst green gardens on the side of a hill. Very quiet, but with easy access to the city centre. The only thing to note, as the owners say up front, is that there is a last quite steep set of steps to get to the property. Not suitable for anyone with health or mobility issues. But very common in the city given how hilly it is!

The apartment was very nice and functional, well equipped and well prepared for the guests. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The stay was very pleasant and we will be happy to come back.

The owner is kind, friendly, and easy to contact. The location is great, very close to the tram and KIT university.

We had a wonderful weekend at Heiko's place! We felt completely comfortable and everything corresponded to the description and the photos. Heiko personally welcomed us and showed us everything. We spent a weekend with four of us at Roland's house. The house is very spacious (large, well equipped rooms and bathrooms) and very modern and well organized. We would come back 😀

We felt very comfortable in this special house and enjoyed the wide view from the panoramic windows in any weather. Marco is very helpful and finds immediate solutions to problems. The spacious living and dining area over the whole garden floor with the new kitchen and next to it the terrace, just beautiful! Cycling in the Lautertal, shopping - also organic shops - in Münsingen, 4 km away, exciting what is developing in the Albgut in the old camp... , we definitely want to come again in early summer when everything blooms and the AlbmalerMuseum is also open. We recommend the house for a relaxing, quiet holiday, but also as a starting point for the most versatile activities.

Great stay, the house is very comfortable and in a beautiful setting. Communication with Hans was very easy.

The cabin has a perfect location! The detached house is bright, stylishly furnished, very tidy and absolutely clean. Everything went totally straightforward – from booking to communication to check-in and check-out. Tobi, the host, is not only extremely helpful, but also gives great tips for activities in the surrounding area. The outdoor area is a highlight: ideal for making a fire in the evening, barbecuing or simply enjoying the tranquility. We will be happy to come back!

We booked the vacation rental over New Year's Eve and would book it again anytime! Our highlight was the free-range, rescued chickens and the clean and nice apartment. Thanks for a great start to the new year! :)

We stayed at the property for one night. What I particularly liked: - very good communication / fast Response - Beautifully furnished apartment - Free on street parking - we were able to get in earlier upon request check - Centrally located - Recommendations for restaurants in the Surroundings I can only recommend it. I was ultimately happy to have booked this place. :)

The two of us felt really comfortable in the small apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. The upstairs bedroom was huge and the double bed very comfortable. The fact that the toilet, sink and new shower were distributed individually in the hallway did not bother us. We were with us and we knew that from the description of the apartment. We and our dog were enthusiastic about the small fenced garden, as well as the very large orchard, which borders the forest. If you're planning a hiking holiday, this is the place to be. The place was really very comfortable. Everything was available. We didn't use the cozy terrace too often because we were on the road a lot, but occasionally invited us to rest. Thomas and Bärbel were super friendly and always helpful and responsive. On a rainy day, we were even allowed to use the in-house ping pong table in a covered camp. We would recommend this place anytime.

Great stay in a quiet location and nice view to the outside. Heidi always responded quickly and helpfully to questions. The apartment is very well equipped with cooking utensils, vacuum cleaner, towels, etc. The beds are very cozy. Especially the bathrooms and kitchen are very new and modern. The furnishings are simple but not too empty. We were very satisfied!

We immediately felt comfortable at the place. The furnishings are of very high quality, tasteful and absolutely functional. Communication with the host was very nice and straightforward. He was right there when there was a problem. You are quickly in the countryside, but just as fast at the bus stop to reach cities such as Stuttgart, Esslingen or Ulm.

The communication with "Green Pepper" was great. A beautiful apartment where you would like to come back to.

Truly amazing home- so peaceful with great views. The apartment has everything you could ever need. Andreas and Louisa were super friendly and very helpful with recommendations- it’s a short drive to Stuttgart and has secure parking. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.
