Great location in Clifton Village. Lovely house, all clean and well maintatined. Comfortable beds. We did not really use the basment TV room and outside courtyard as was cold February weather. Very prompt and helpful communcations from the hosts. We appreciated the flexibility in check in/out times. PS. We also had the Uber address issue someone else reported. So maybe easist to ask go to the Avon Gorge Hotel at the correct end of the road.

Can’t believe how amazing this house is. Melanie is very nice and responsible, the house has brilliant views facing the lake where animals wandering around. Great place for a family with kids. Definitely will go back .

The pictures don't do this place justice, every detail had been thought out - the decor was so stylish. It's beautiful! Check in was easy, communication was good. Extra thoughtful touches, like 4 beds had been set up, milk in the fridge etc, things like this really made the stay extra special. The beds were super comfy! Perfect location. Great place and host, will definitely be returning.

Spacious semi detached house. Clean well equipped accommodation with comfortable beds. Good location, wiith a nearby local shop, and an easy 10 minutes walk to High Street for pubs, restaurants and main shops.

Sophie is the perfect host. She is incredibly helpful and responsive, and provided us plenty of information about local bus routes. We really loved our stay in their beautiful home, which is surprisingly quiet - a peaceful nook away from the bustling locale. Tastefully decorated, open and airy yet also cosy and comfortable. Clean, tidy and clutter free. The sofa bed provided is firm yet comfortable - we slept well every night! The provided clothes rail was a great addition, giving us a place to hang clothes. We were also provided a shelf in the bathroom, a kitchen cupboard, a drawer in the freezer and space in the fridge. So incredibly accommodating to say this is their home! I don't even know where to start with Kedi the cat. She is the friendliest and most polite cat that I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. She is the perfect mix of independent and companionable. We shall miss her company so much! We would happily return. The perfect home away from home.

I spent a week at their place with my family as my house was being refurbished. We absolutely loved staying in this house. So spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Communication with James and Shelley was excellent and the lodger was very nice. We felt very welcome. Their garden is fabulous with lots of nice surprises. My daughter was also delighted. I would definitely recommend.

The perfect location to explore Ledbury & the surrounding area, while still being peaceful & private. There was lots of space & the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a visit every morning from a very friendly hen, which was delightful!

Perfectly placed in Tetbury for parking, going into the town for shopping or eating. Nice trail walk from the house. Set on 3 floors . Beautifully decorated . Comfy beds . We used kitchen /dining as our gathering point . Stairs are steep and so would not suit anyone with mobility issues. Next to the church where bells chime the hour and a fairly busy road but not all of my party were bothered by them. We all went to Calcot spa and booked Pink Taxis at great price.

Absolutely superb. Lavinia is a wonderful host. The house is lovely, brilliantly equipped, great location and Lavinia’s suggestions about what to do, where to eat are spot on. Also, the little touches in the house make you feel very much at home. A huge thank you. ❤️

This place was perfect for our needs. Sarah was extremely helpful. Lovely touch with the breakfast food and the information folder really useful. The road is a little bit narrow but parking was not a problem and the house very quiet. All the amenities you would expect from an Airbnb! We had a great time!

Lovely, newly renovated house with all the amenities. The host left very clear instructions, and stocked the kitchen with snacks, water and milk. Very attentive host, answered all questions. A great location for when visiting the Cotswolds.

Excellent apartment with all the amenities you need for a short stay. Extremely clean, walking distance (20mins) to lots of different bars and restaurants. Anjali was super, very helpful / friendly and responded promptly to all my messages. We had a great weekend and look forward to returning.

Great stay for 3 generations of the family. Enclosed small back garden. Parking wasn’t an issue. Short walk into town and the nearest pub was just a few minutes walk away. Rebecca’s place was really clean and had everything we needed. Lots of games to play with the kids. Beanbags were a hit in the kids room. They also liked having their own TV to watch. Beautiful, lovely location, Christmas Tree was a very thoughtful touch and Sarah is a wonderful host. We stay with our adult children and had a warm and relaxed holiday.

Stuart was a great host - responsive and helpful. The house was well equipped and spotlessly clean - and Stuart was really flexible and kind in allowing us to do early check in once the cleaner had finished, so that our toddler could nap in the afternoon. We loved being so close to Cirencester - lots to see and do with gentle outings for a young family, and managed a morning trip to Bourton-on-the-water which is a quick 20 min drive away. We came in February so didn't make use of the garden, but its a lovely space for a warmer season, and the downstairs living areas are spacious so we could spend time indoors without feeling cooped up. A great stay and a big thank you to Stuart for his hospitality!
