It boasts a unique split design. The entire house is newly renovated and is available with 3 BR, 2 BA, 2 LRs, and a (fully equipped) farm-house kitchen.

Set on a hillside overlooking one of Laurel's prominent avenues, 7th Avenue Manor offers 5 bedrooms and 3+ baths.
