An outstanding, well-appointed place in a great location, close to Cowley Rd and some great pubs and cafes. Lisa was a responsive and helpful host. I really felt at home - could not have asked for more!

It was a lovely place to stay and perfect location to go and explore Oxford. Christie was helpful to direct us for our walk along the river to head into town. A lovely way to get into the city. The room was great, really comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean and worked for us.

Vert pleasant and peaceful stay at a very nice location with extremely friendly and helpful host who also kept themselves to themselves. Would definately recommend and hope to stay there again

I stayed here for 5 weeks and was very comfortable, with everything you could need. The area seems nice and safe, walkable to city centre/train station and a quick bus ride to the university. It's worth being aware that you can clearly hear the people in the upstairs flat (footsteps, phone alerts etc) but I sleep with headphones in so not too much of a problem for me.

Had a lovely two day stay. Everything was great.. loved my times in the garden and Penny is a lovely friendly lady.. The beautiful dogs are very friendly and I loved seeing them

Sandra was welcoming to her very peaceful place. The cottage was very clean and we loved talking to the friendly cat. There were many small extras that made the unit very comfortable. A great view over the town and conveniently close to Sudeley Castle and the shops. Many walks available around the district.

Lovely room, just what you need when you are working away

Dee was a great host and very easy to communicate with, warm and accommodating. The garden apartment is a delight and we enjoyed our stay. We were only there for 1 night but could have happily stayed for longer. There was a lovely welcome basket in the kitchenette. There were lots of little things in case you needed them - including a hot water bottle, torch, phone charger etc. The heating was easy to use and the apartment was warm and snug. It's difficult to describe but the atmosphere of the apartment was very welcoming and relaxing - it had a nice vibe.

Very clean, good location and great value for money. Would stay here again.

What a great stay. Anna was a pleasure to deal with beforehand and meeting us upon arrival was a nice touch. The place is beautiful, tranquil, and only about a 10 minute walk to varied restaurants. If we require another stay in Birmingham, this would be our first choice. Terrific all around.

Such a lovely decorated place and well equipped and left us some fresh eggs on arrival. It was in a beautiful setting and half an hour walk via footpaths to the town and great places to eat and a handy shop that was well stocked. Would definitely stay again, we loved it 🥰 💕💕

The property was absolutely gorgeous. It was very tastefully decorated and furnished beautifully. I really liked the extra touch of the welcome flowers, the toiletries and even some milk in the fridge for us to use; it really made the place feel like home. At the end of our days exploring, we sat outside on the patio in rattan style furniture to read a book and in the evenings when it got a little chilly, we retired indoors and lit the log fire, which was a lovely feature and reminded us of home. We would highly recommend this property. The hosts Andrew and Rachel were lovely and very helpful. This is a property that we would return to again when visiting this area. Thank you Andrew and Rachel for a lovely stay.

Last minute booking at Taz and Marks apartment but what a find. Echo what everyone else has said. Relaxed immediately I went through the door. Beautiful garden to sit and soak up the sunshine and listen to the birdsong . Perfect for walking dogs , 5 minutes to canal then about 15 minutes and out into peaceful countryside. Lovely treats on arrival. Didn’t want to leave. Thoroughly recommended if you’re in the area.

This is a private en-suite bedroom on the mezzanine floor of Emmanuel's house. He lives with his lovely family and is always available if we need anything. I found the bedroom very comfortable, except for the mattress, which was too soft for me. As I was staying for many weeks, I put another mattress on the floor, which I didn't mind at all. Both the chair and the sofa were great! The bedroom also has a mini-fridge and microwave, which is very handy. Finally, the location was not the best for visitors, a residential/industrial area with little in the area. However, the bus to the city centre was very easy and the supermarket is a 15 minute walk away. I enjoyed my time and would definitely book again.

Vicky is an amazing host, very kind and helpful and she went out of her way to help make my stay enjoyable. The Studio has a wonderful view and garden and is quiet, tranquil and safe. You were provided with fresh milk, orange juice, eggs, bread and more for breakfast which was very nice. I would highly recommend this to those who love the countryside and walking and there is plenty of informative information on the walks avaliable.

Penny was so kind and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is not that easy to find as you're driving along as it's quite a busy road - I pulled down a side road and walked back to locate it, then moved my car. A car parking space is available to pre-book. There were very clear instructions on how to access the property. I struggled a bit with the key safe but that's because I'm a numpty, and Penny answered my plea for help promptly. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and matched the description perfectly. All essential items provided in a well thought-out compact space. My only niggle was the connecting door to adjacent space made me feel a bit unsafe - maybe some reassuring/explanatory signage might help? Otherwise a great place to stay only 10-15 mins walk from centre of Rugby.

A perfect place to retreat to and take it easy. Great communication and instructions, especially when I was having issues with Airbnb all! Very grateful for the fridge items and tea,coffee. Thanks so much!

It locates in summer town, very easy to reach by bus from Oxford city center. Th e room has everything we need. The facilities are easy to handle. The surroundings are quiet, nice but not far from the business area of the summer town. We had a good time there.

My stay at Caroline’s in Slad Valley was perfect! Surrounding area is stunning, and so quiet. An array of wildlife in the field behind the barn. Just what I wanted. A thoughtful welcome basket provided. Caroline and Simon provided plenty of information about surrounding villages and towns; great position for exploring. Stroud has a fabulous market on a Saturday and neighbouring Nailsworth plenty to see and do. Overall, an excellent time away, and I would stay again. Thank you for helping to make my trip memorable.

Lovely place, and really clean. Having the balcony, and the space around were wonderful. Zara was always responsive and helpful when we needed help with something.
