Lance’s place was a great location and perfect for a weekend. I had one small issue, but Lance responded immediately and had it resolved ASAP. He was super responsive and helpful, and I’d highly recommend him as a host.

Wonderful, spacious place. We immediately felt at home. The gardens and porch were lovely and would have been nice to enjoy if it had not been so cold while we were there.

Great location within walking distance to the main riverwalk. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

We loved our stay! Great spot downtown. Very walkable and right next to the historical court house which was cool to see out the windows. The bed was very comfortable, it was clean and there were many things that were walkable from the Airbnb. We would stay again!

This place meet our needs for comfort we could count on each night and morning. We appreciate being able to wash and dry clothes a couple of times, too! Thanks for the good nights' sleep and a good cup of coffee in the mornings as we got ready to join our family for adventures.

This is the second time we stayed here as a family. The managers are super responsive. The battery died on the door lock and they were there in about 15 minutes to get us in.

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood,close to stores, and was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly was less than 10 minutes to the Air Force base as we were in town to see our son’s graduation. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay with our dog at Richard's house. It was easy to get in, clean and the hot tub was great. Richard left welcome snacks and even had treats for my dog! Note to dog owners - the neighbor next door does feed dogs in the neighborhood, so don't be alarmed if you see a few pups walking the streets or ending up in the front yard. Each TV has ROKU and both devices are actually logged into apps so you can enjoy the streaming services without having to log in yourself. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home and will book again in the future when visiting SA.

The place was great. Comfortable stay here and location was 10 minutes from everything. I was able to complete work at the desk area and there were great selection of games and TV in every bedroom for entertainment. Comfortable beds. I made homemade cheesecake in the beautiful kitchen and the coffee station was a morning saver! Thank you Myron we had a great stay!💗

Very responsive and friendly host. Also very flexible with our ever-changing schedule. This is a great house that I would recommend for anyone coming to work or visit the area.

Rosa was an excellent host! Description and instructions were spot on. Very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and private and fairly new. I especially appreciated the ability to park my car in the garage and the neighborhood is gated.

This condo is a fantastic choice for staying close to everything New Braunfels has to offer. It provides convenient access to downtown, the Creekside shopping center, Gruene, and more. The community is exceptionally quiet, which we found to be a major plus. We also really appreciated the host's flexibility in accommodating our last-minute request to extend our stay—they were responsive, helpful, and willing to assist. The only minor drawback was the tight parking spaces, but aside from that, the condo met our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We had a great stay here. The area was by the river so was easy to walk down and enjoy some beautiful surroundings. It was a quick drive downtown or to Gruene and right next to a lovely park. Nice and clean space.

They have updated the condos and they are much nicer than they used to be! We were pleasantly surprised! We did have a bit of a challenge when we first arrived, the thermostat would not turn on. Thankfully it was still afternoon so we called and they let us know maintenance had been notified. After waiting a while (without unpacking and trying to entertain 3 young kids), we called back to see if there was an estimate on timing. The lady I spoke to said there was no estimate but that maintenance should hopefully be there soon. Thankfully the maintenance guy (who was amazing and very kind) took a look at it, tried to fix a few things, and after about 10-15 minutes let us know we’d need to move to a new unit. The maintenance guy went over to check in and got our new keys, we were able to move to the unit right next door. We were a little bummed that the furniture downstairs, but were happy to have a working thermostat. For future guests, check the thermostat ASAP upon arrival.

Our group has been coming to Gruene annually for 27 years! This is one of the best places we have stayed and it is our 4th year in a row here. Large living room sectional, great patio area are both great for lounging and hanging out. All big beds and the rarity of 4 full bathrooms … and the best thing is you can walk to everything! We will be back! The Gruene Girls
