John’s house is amazing. Very spacious and plenty of amenities. 10-15 mins to Suntrust Park. Would definitely stay again!!!

Staying at Jill & Bert’s place is like visiting the home of long-lost cousins – & that is how you are treated. They bend over backwards to make sure you feel at home in their charming, historic house. We were greeted by fresh-baked cookies & fresh flowers. You will find books, art & travel mementos in every nook & cranny. Our 3-generation group of 8 had all the space we needed with 2 sleeping spaces & 2 bathrooms on the first floor & 4 sleeping spaces & 2 bathrooms on the second floor. We did not have any issues with the other renters on the property, but were glad that Jill told us of their presence when we arrived, as we did hear an occasional thump from that side of the house or car door closing. The kitchen had all the space we needed to cook a holiday meal & the dining room had ample room for enjoying it. Jill even showed us where to find extra table linens to make it more festive. We loved having access to the hot tub and being able to walk to dinner one evening.

Kelly's cottage was perfect for me and my husband on our quick weekend trip! We loved how well stocked everything was, and the location was excellent! The cottage was easy to find and just like the description. We'll definitely try to stay again.

Dawn's suite was absolutely delightful—comfortable, cozy, and inviting... great snacks, too! The convenient access to the private area made unloading our belongings from the vehicle effortless. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already planned to return on our way back home from Florida.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Phyllis’ rental! We brought our 3 dogs with us and they felt right at home during our stay. The suite had everything we needed, was very clean, and pretty soundproof (could barely hear anything within the main house). The surrounding neighborhood was also very pleasant to walk through and felt safe. Phyllis herself was also a delight to speak with and very accommodating. She’s also very quick to respond and so sweet. 10/10 we would definitely stay here again and couldn’t recommend it more!

Really enjoyed our stay in Elizabeth’s house. Accommodations were comfortable and clean and very spacious. The location is fantastic, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

such a lovely, quiet space for us to be while we were away from home. It was extremely close to Emory where my husband had his surgery. I was able to get away from the hospital and take a break because hospitals are exhausting. Netflix and wifi - what else is there? lol. Their beautiful dog was so friendly. Not a complaint with any part of our stay. AND.. the main house looked incredible.

Heather’s house was a wonderful place to stay. Great location and in close proximity to walkable areas. The kitchenette was well stocked with paper plates and plastic silverware as well as coffee and tea. The house was very clean but there was a slight dog smell that may bother certain people. When we arrived, the window was open and an air purifier was running. Someone must have brought their dog along prior to our stay, which the listing does include a pet policy. The home is not allowing guests to park in the driveway at this time, the available parking is street parking on the next street over (very close to the home, just one house over.) Overall this was a great value, being close to the city but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and will book again if we come back to Atlanta!

Looks just like the pictures! Bed was so big and SO comfy. We were able to walk to dinner and the aquarium. Thomas is so friendly, and was overall a great host. He even bought us some sweets for Valentine’s Day weekend, so kind. Check-in had a bit of a hiccup, but we got it all sorted and really enjoyed our stay! Thanks Thomas!

My colleague and I rented Terry’s beautiful and spacious townhome because we were traveling to Atlanta for a conference held at the GWCC. The space was exactly as pictured and couldn’t have been more conveniently located. Less than a block from the Ashby MARTA station, we were only steps and two subway stops away from the GWCC, which made our commutes a breeze. The home is beautifully decorated, lovingly maintained and sparkling clean. The people in the community were warm, friendly and helpful, and we felt very safe. A spacious 3BR/3.5BA in which each bedroom has a private bathroom is a rare find and perfect for sharing with colleagues or friends and family alike. In-unit laundry was convenient, too. The house was well stocked with all the necessities to make your stay comfortable and worry-free. Terry was an amazing host, quick to respond to whatever inquiries we made. It’s obvious he is an experienced and thoughtful host and that he truly cares about his guests’ experience.

Great place. Beautiful city views from windows and terrace. There were some minor areas where touch up paint needed, but were barely noticeable amongst the nice decor. Accidentally had groceries delivered after I left and Atlanta Luxury Rentals called to see if I wanted to come and get them. Would definitely stay here again.

David's basement was as described and is in a private quiet area. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. David's girlfriend, Sandi, was extremely accommodating and would check in on me periodically to ask what would make my stay better. The hosts are very communicative and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean and peaceful home away from home.

Great apartment located right in the middle of Inman Park. Walking distance to the Beltline and plenty of restaurants. The unit was very clean and the host was responsive.

The stay is great. The home is beautiful. clean & has everything you need & more. Precious responds immediately to your messages. Precious also checks on you to make sure everything is going ok & that there is enough household items especially with my long stay. She gives you your privacy. This is the best stay I ever had & things didn't finish when planned. I was overwhelmed to make sure I booked her home for longer. She made the process so easy on me. If you in town or like me just getting work done to your home ...try Precious Paradise. I promise you will not be disappointed. From the host kindness to the beautiful home they provide was a great experience.

First time In Atlanta great experience great hospitality it was close to everything the host was super helpful I enjoyed how cozy the place was the tub is really big love it very clean I left some Taylor port for the next guess brand new lol
