we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Exceeded all expectations, beautifully and tastefully decorated; loved the beach theme with the decor; the beds were extremely comfy and the linen clean and fresh. The home was extremely well equipped, and a very useful information book supplied. It was warm and had constant hot water and a super bathroom and shower. The property had been decorated with lovely Christmas decorations throughout and the added touches of milk, coffee, biscuits and a basket of dog supplies was a very pleasant surprise. The box of games was brilliant, and we made use of those. We visited The Old Manor Inn, both evenings as only a short walk away, and it is a lovely friendly pub. We stayed locally for walks with the dog and found plenty of good places to eat. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one.

We just got back from a very wintry weekend at dawlish but the caravan was so. Warm and homely made the whole weekend so worth it would highly recommend recommend plus having Netflix and extra coffee and sugar all free made it so much easy and less to worry about great stay well be returning soon

Wendy’s house is a delight, overlooking the sea at Hope Cove. We went in off season, but local pub was open. The accommodation is exactly as described, warm, comfortable and in a great location- the local roads are a bit narrow though!! Easy drive to Salcombe. I would imagine it gets very busy here in the summer as it is such a lovely area.

We only stayed a couple of nights whilst visiting our son & grandchildren & didn't get to spend much time in the cottage. However, it is spotless, nice & warm, well maintained & quite quirky, with a very relaxing living room & large bedroom. The hosts are very responsive & we will will definitely look to stay again.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Hingstone Farm. Great for walking and exploring! The accommodation was perfect and just what we were looking for. We hope to return and explore the area some more.

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

We had a great week staying at Gate House West. Our 2 year old grandson loved it. The indoor pool was the stand out success....simple booking system and everyone stuck to their time slot. Loads of wild life around the estate .... absolutely beautiful.

This is a really lovely caravan. Well kitted out and nice sized master bedroom. It has a full sized bathtub which is a rare find for a static! The view is incredible and the site was lovely and peaceful. We stayed in February but it was nice and warm with the central heating. The dvds, books and games were a nice touch and so was the hot drinks selection because I forgot the tea bags! There’s a tv in the lounge and both bedrooms which is also nice. The decking is wrap around and gated so handy for little ones and you can park right outside. We stayed out of season so didn’t use the park facilities, but enjoyed a nice coastal walk along the outskirts of the park. There’s a pub/restaurant, shop and several takeaways within walking distance. It was just a couple of minute stroll to the bins along the flat as well which was good as this caravan is right at the top of the park on a hill. Clean and tidy, Lovely stay, thank you!

Enjoyable stay perfect for the dog.

The host and property were great, the family were friendly, the location was fine, the property was excellent, the hamper was a really nice touch, with fresh flowers aswell,the pillows on the bed were great, a small thing but makes a big difference to a good night's sleep, highly recommend, we will return, thanks Matthew, and family.

A very comfortable, spacious and well equipped flat in a good location for the beach and surrounding areas. Adam was a very responsive host. Can recommend.

what a beautiful barn conversion with everything we needed for a fantastic week away. The kitchen had everything required, there were plenty of logs for a cosy fire (we used it everyday), a games room with table tennis, table football, board games, books and DVDs to borrow, a treadmill for when the hills were too daunting for a run and a beautifully built indoor pool that we also used everyday to relax after a day spent on the beach or walking the coastal path. The views were stunning and the property beautifully restored and maintained. thank you for a great week

The apartment is lovely!! Nice and private under the main house, private hot tub area, fully fitted kitchen which we made great use of. The local area is beautiful, walking and driving through the moors was an incredible experience.

I booked this accommodation for a 2 night stay with my little dog. We arrived slightly early and the host was more than happy for me to check in when I arrived. The instructions on how to get into the accommodation are very clear and the hosts came and introduced themselves as I was unloading my car which is a nice little touch to meet them in person. The accommodation is lovely, the annex has everything you would need for a short stay. The garden is very private and was perfect for the dog to have some space to roam around along with some seating for when the weathers nice. I would definitely book this accommodation again :)

Honestly one of the best Airbnb stays we have had! The Shepherd's hut was everything we needed to get away from our hectic lives. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed (even ceral for the kids), the water was hot, the outside area and hot tub was very special. Thank you to you both for an unforgettably relaxing weekend away!

The Bungalow was perfect for our short stay. Well equipped and in a great location, easy to find and close to amenities.

Lovely spacious accommodation. Very peaceful and a great base for enjoying the area. Very clean. We had some travel difficulties so were particularly grateful that Catherine kindly accommodated our very late arrival.

The apartment was just what we needed, a home from home with a fantastic seaview Jemma was away this week but her mum Jackie was lovely, very helpful and welcoming as was her dad and the dog😊 All in all a brilliant week.

Me and the dog recently stayed at this property and usually the dog is very anxious in new surroundings but had a great time on surrounding beaches and walks. The hot tub was an added luxury after a long day of walking. Lenny went out of his way to cater for my misunderstanding of dates and I couldn’t thank him enough for this! The hole property was clean and cosy and would definitely recommend this property and the host very highly Gareth
