A very beautiful house in a stunning location with a view over lake Mälaren. Helena was very responsive before and during our stay, getting a baby cot in for us, recommending a restaurant etc. It’s a 15 min walk from the underground, 5 min walk to Fridhemsbryggan where you can swim and just 20min walk to Mälarhöjdsbadet - worked very well for all of us. We book it again if we come back!

Have visited this place several times, and it's perfect for the purpose. The large space on the third floor is as made for purposes that need a lot of space. The kitchen is social, and the bedrooms are comfortable and dark.

We spent the Christmas period at Fredrik’s house and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! The living / kitchen area is so sociable - we were all able to cook, chat and be together by the fire with ease. The house is super cozy with really high quality furnishings to wind down on in the evenings. This place is a lot bigger than what the pictures show the sauna was fantastic too. It was amazing to be so close to nature and the frozen sea, we did a lot of walking around the area in the snowy woodlands and saw all sorts of wildlife! Thank you so much Fredrik - we will most certainly be returning in the future!!

We had such a nice stay at Marie and Tomas's great house! It was important for us that we could reach the place by public transport and the house is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop and 5 minutes from the ferry dock. We came by ferry from Stockholm - a beautiful ride through the archipelago and were picked up by Marie and warmly welcomed. She showed us around and explained everything and was always available. We all loved the house and would have preferred to move in forever. With the bikes we were able to visit many wonderful places on the island, such as the old ferry dock,the lighthouse, the lake, the small stand where the boat is located that we liked to use. Since the holidays in Sweden were already over, it was very quiet on the island and we were mostly alone everywhere. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden, the most amazing shower in the world under the open sky and the sauna. We highly recommend everything and will certainly be happy to come back! Thank you!

I am super happy with the cozy cozy house that we rented a few nights over Christmas. Karin met us with freshly baked bread and had a walkthrough around the house's features. It was Christmas decorated in the house and stars were hanging in the window.

Our stay in this beautiful, well-kept cottage was just perfect! The house offers everything a small family needs for a successful Swedish vacation. The contact with Helena was extremely friendly and straightforward – she was always helpful and there for us. The surroundings are fantastic and there is a lot to discover. Stockholm is also easily accessible by rental car. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place!

Lena's house (which includes two additional, small cottages, one comprising the bathroom and a bedroom, the other one comprising a separate bedroom) was the perfect spot to experience Stockholm's skärgården. The kitchen is very well equipped, however, what we liked most is the greenhouse that is located in the garden. It offered us a nice spot to eat outside without being instantly "eaten" by the mosquitos, especially at night. We also went to Stockholm for 2 day trips, and this is very well possible, which adds to the overall excellent experience that we had on Nämdö in Lena's house.

Linus was very accommodating and responsive. The accommodation was very cozy and clean. There was also a very nice garden. We had a great time and definitely recommend it!

This house is perfect for Sweden fans who also like it a bit historic. We were there in winter and loved the cozy kitchen and oven. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. There was plenty of room to get out of the way and then gather in the kitchen again and again. The house is fully equipped. Bed linen, towels... and everything you need to pass the time. But the surroundings also offer plenty of variety and plenty of peace and quiet. We enjoyed the time very much and it was difficult for us to say goodbye.

We were two families living here during the dark late autumn. Extremely nice place, fallow deer right outside. Very old and nice house. Brasa made it extra nice. The sauna and hot tub were a big plus. Accommodating and pleasant host. Recommended!

Amazing house that was a great fit for 8 friends! The house was very fresh and everything you could possibly need was there! Jenny was an amazing host who was always super nice and responded quickly when we had questions. The accommodation is highly recommended and we are already looking forward to coming back!

Mattias is an absolutely wonderful host who cares deeply about the convenience of his guests. His hospitality and service are top-notch and can only recommend staying over in their Airbnb if you want a cozy and comfortable accommodation that is bang for the buck! A beautiful view is added :) We even got a free upgrade and were so warmly welcomed. 10/10. If we have the roads past again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book Mattia's Airbnb again.

Overall great stay at a lovely house and farm! We felt home right away and could have stayed even longer. So comfortable and cosy! Åsa and her family is very nice and easy to talk to. We got recommendations and immediate help when needed. We’d love to come back someday!

We had a lovely time in Kullö. The island is enchanting and you are quickly on Vaxholm and Stockholm, so we were able to make many nice excursions! Communication with Frida and Jonathan was very pleasant and we felt very comfortable. Thank you!

Thank you Mimmie for a wonderful stay. We spent a week in the house with 5 adults and 4 children, ranging from 9m to 11 years. It was so easy to get there by car, and by bus from slussen. Instructions for check in were clear, and easy. The area was fantastic- walkable restaurants, naturespots and swim spots, with others a short busride/drive away. We especially liked the nearby swim spots. The garden was peaceful, with a stunning view, the house beautiful and well equipped. Mimmie was responsive on messaging and very helpful. Thank you so much!

Anette's cottage is very nice and comfortable, with a high standard. We enjoyed our week at Singö very much.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful week. The house is quiet, spacious, and beautiful. Lake Mälaren was just a couple of minutes walk from the door. Our 9 year-old enjoyed the trampoline in the back garden, braving a swim from the private jetty, and regularly seeing deer and horses nearby. We also enjoyed the guitar, because we could play it outside with nobody close enough to be annoyed by it! For somewhere that feels remote, it was easy to drive to Stockholm (1 hour). There’s an old steamboat that picks up from another jetty less than 10 minutes walk from the house, which took us to the pretty town of Mariefred. We also had an afternoon in a canoe on another lake, about 40 mins away, which we’d highly recommend. (Search 'kanotkungen sedan 1975'.) Jennifer was the perfect host — generous and excellent at communication. She met us on arrival, showed us around the house, and shared lots of great tips for places to visit, things to do, and where to get great cakes and food.

We loved staying at Anna's home. The house is beautiful, light and spacious. Very easy to find and convenient. We would love to come back and stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay Joanna’s home! It is in a great location - short walk to subway (green line). The garden is lovely and she left us plenty of empty drawers in the bathroom and kitchen, which is helpful for a weekly rental. It’s a very comfortable home that is accurately described. Highly recommend.
