The age makes up for the charm, but also brings a scratch here, a dust, some leafy paint and recurring cobwebs. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. Beautiful, bright in-law on the lower ground floor in 2-family house. It is centrally located between Rigi and Rossberg, on foot in - 7 minutes to Arth-Goldau station - 5 minutes to Arth-Rigi-Bahn - 10 minutes to Tierpark Arth-Goldau - 10 minutes to Schuttwald Very good shopping in the village. You can reach the apartment via an external staircase - not suitable for people with walking disabilities.
