Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Stawell

Lynell was a very responsive host , we loved the house and the huge backyard . Bed was really comfy . We really enjoyed the bread, eggs , milk and butter that was supplied. We made Scrambled eggs for breakfast 😀 we loved the outside entertaining area it was fabulous . The stick shed is definately worth a visit as is the beautiful lake area. Would highly recommend this house for your visit to Murtoa . Thanks Lynell we will be back .

We were surprised to see Hannah's place that much prettier in person than in the photos!! 10/10! We enjoyed every minute of it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this listing as Hannah herself is genuinely a super host and wants all her guest to feel welcomed. We didn't have to worry about linen, towels, tp, soaps and shampoos, and basic kitchen ingredients were all catered for. Our dogs were also very happy to have access to a delightful property. Thank you Hannah for hosting our lovely stay! Cheers!

Wow what a truly special house. Our expectations were far exceeded. Our only regret was not staying longer. I cannot find anything negative to report. Our farm tour with Melissa was an added bonus and the delicious hamper of freshly picked produce was very welcome. I highly recommend this house for your stay at Halls Gap.

We just had the most wonderful stay at Rebecca's house. It was cool and comfortable on the hot days, morning coffee on the rear deck was a highlight.

Nice little spot in the backroad of Ararat, walking distance from eveything Clean house, easy to get into and lots of parking if you’ve got a few cars

We love our stay! What a wonderful huge historic home. This home had everything and more we could have ever wanted.

Anna and Rob, what a beautiful sanctuary and a great getaway. We woke to delightful birdsong and our friend using the coffee grinder to make a great coffee to start his mornings. The unique and modern design allows the feeling of space and there were various zones to relax. The ktchen is amazing. It allowed many cooks to create individual or shared meal preparations with ease. The outside space captures the native garden which sets a tranquil view from every window. It was a very special place to catch up with our friends from NZ and us, from WA, so much more memorable. A heartfelt thank you to you both.

I would definitely stay here again or recommend this place to friends. Everything was clean and comfortable. The design of the home is really wonderful for a family or small group. Part of our group included tourists that had not been to the Grampians before, and the views from the upstairs and downstairs lounge rooms were a delightful expanse of emus, kangaroos, wood ducks, cockatoos and various bird life, wandering across the fields. This was a beautiful backdrop for our holiday and provided a really scenic and iconic views for us all. With air conditioning units upstairs and downstairs it was easy to stay comfortable. The row of units and location this place was located was tranquil. I enjoyed staying here more than when I have stayed in the middle of town as there was more natural surrounds. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms very nice and large, furniture was very comfortable, really a fantastic place to stay and share time with friends/family after a day of activities:)

Very nice unit had all you need to feel at home. 35 C they had put air con on was great to arrive at cool house. liked the pint sized glass in freezer made for a really cold beer on a very hot day. All up very nice stay

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay! The location was perfect, and the host was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! Just one note on the supply of toilet paper, we didnt have another roll available. And could possibly do with a mat on the floor upon entrance due to the wet and dewy weather, didnt want to mess up the floors with damp shoes.

Perfect spot for a weekend of climbing. It’s a beautifully renovated building, a space full of character, and with everything you need. It was great to come back to a hot shower and cosy bed after a big day on the wall. We had a great time.

Great location tucked away in the middle of Stawell, very spacious clean and modern apartment with everything you need for a weekend away.
