The location of the apartment is excellent!! It had all the amenities. It is located between the 6th and 7th posts. Very good security. There is a 24-hour supermarket below the building, which is very convenient. It had all the necessary items for cleaning. It has a microwave, coffee maker and washing machine; electric oven and stove and a very good refrigerator, essential kitchen items. I recommend it

Our time in the apartment was simply amazing! We were greeted by Fernanda and her son, who were extremely polite and attentive from the first moment. The apartment has a spectacular view of the dunes and the sea, which left us enchanted. It is a cozy space, well equipped and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location is great, a few steps from the sea. Fernanda made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. For sure, we will return and recommend to everyone looking for a wonderful experience in Cabo Frio. Thank you, Fernanda! We love ❤️

This might be my favourite Airbnb I stayed at in Rio. Extremely beautiful, very spacious, balcony was perfect. Everything was exactly what I dreamed of. It was very easy to communicate with the host. The only thing is because the area is on a hill some Ubers can’t make it up the hill. We took Mototaxis and that was just fine. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment!

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

We had an amazing experience at Eduardo’s place. Not only the apartment has one of Rio’s best views, it is located in a safe and accessible area. The apartment was very clean and pleasant. Eduardo was an excellent host. Very flexible, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend Eduardo’s place and hope to be back some day. 😊🥰

These hosts are highly recommended! Especially if you want to organize a surprise dinner to celebrate 25 years as a couple in the light of the full moon, in a unique place, in the most romantic, relaxed way and with an incredible view!🥰🥰 This happened, my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the truth is, we hadn't prepared anything, we were very relaxed with our children, the beach Rodrigo, my husband, wanted to surprise me and asked Alvaro for a place to go to see the full moon rise, and we loved it. That's how he got a 10 out of 10. Not only did he give us a place with the best view to see the moonrise, but he helped with the organization and shopping for our dinner, getting involved in a very loving way, when he didn't have to. Both Alvaro and Leila are always available, with a very good vibe. Always respectful of our privacy as a family. The house is new and very comfortable!!! Everything as it appears in the photos. The apartment is very nice, good terrace. Very comfortable. Regarding Pontal do Arraial, and this is applicable to all accommodations in the area, the road is VERY undulating. If you rent a manual car you must know how to use it very well since there are very steep climbs with wells. However it is important to highlight that the Pontal area is magical. Arrival difficulties will not be bought with the immense beauty.

Staying in this house was a wonderful experience. It is simply sensational — surrounded by nature, reclusive in the woods, which guarantees peace, privacy and a unique contact with the surrounding green. The location is privileged: next to a super charming and cozy restaurant, Peixe no Mato, ideal for quiet meals without having to leave. One of the highlights is the breathtaking view of Arraial do Cabo and Cabo Frio, which can be enjoyed directly from the house. It's from those places where we find ourselves sighing just by looking out. The house itself is perfect: clean, well cared for, with a very tasteful decor and everything working perfectly. In addition to staying only a few 5/10 minutes of the best beaches. The stay exceeded all expectations. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely be back as soon as I can.

A familiar location. The noise of the river water is a the playground aside , and without eminent risks because the place is fully preserved and closed . The kitchen area, leisure and the playground were the environments in which we were given rest and my family can stay in the same space . My 2-year-old grandson had fun and the toys that the house has kept him very happy because it is a space that he seemed to have already explored and we were safe..

Our stay at the house was quite pleasant. The property is spacious, comfortable and has integrated environments, a feature we greatly appreciated. The location near the city's entrance cloverleaf interchange offers a quieter environment, without the heavy traffic of the center, with easy access to the southern and northern beaches, in addition to being close to the city center. The hosts were helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. We appreciate the welcome and look forward to returning soon!

THE HOUSE IS MUCH BETTER THAN IN THE PHOTOS. CLEAN, EQUIPPED, WELL DECORATED.... WONDERFUL POOL AND GOURMET AREA. THE CONDOMINIUM IS QUIET AND PEACEFUL. THE LAKE IS THE BONUS....THE DUCKS LOVE TO INTERACT AND GET BREAD.😊 I RECOMMEND THE EXPERIENCE IN THE HOUSE. WE WILL CERTAINLY RETURN. SCORE 1000♥️

Sirlene's house is very well located: close to the beach, restaurants and bars in Itaúna. The condominium is great, with a great pool and quiet neighbors. My dogs loved it and were very calm too. I'll be back for sure!

First I want to thank Diane , my husband and I love the stay , very clean apartment, I didn't miss anything . I recommend to know the beach with the black tip, it is busier and the sea is quieter , enjoy the free public transport to all places of marica and air-conditioning , I did not spend anything with Uber. Where Ap is, I didn't see only grocery stores . But I went to the center and bought everything I needed at the supermarket . Apartment identical to the listing, located in a quiet neighborhood. It's very close to barretos beach, close to restaurants, bakeries and markets! The apartment has the necessary for a comfortable stay, a safe place and with a parking space. It sleeps 4 people quietly… I will return more often…. Cristiane is solicitous… I ended up needing to stay one more day and the host did not object to closing one more night! Fair price!
