The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very well located, with restaurants nearby and just one block from the mall. Check-in was easy and quiet, and Mrs. Maria has always been very attentive and available whenever we need it. We had a great stay, I highly recommend!

It was wonderful to be in Marina's apt, not to mention the thoughtful and immediate way of communicating. The ap is wonderful with a beautiful view that only made the trip more amazing, if I could not even leave the ap so comfortable. Wonderful stay, apart from the ease of getting to the places we went. If I go to SLZ at any other time, I'm sure I'll be staying on this ap.

Well laid-out studio with comfortable couch, very nice bed, excellent TV. The Radisson is in the center of Belém so extremely close to all amenities. This rental does NOT include hotel breakfast nor underground parking - both of which are available for a fee. The rooftop pool is pretty cool!

The location is central and close to many places. But it’s not recommended to walk around there since it’s really bad road to get to some Main Street. It’s better to use cars or Uber. The place is clean. However, there is some cockroach and flies, I assume that’s general for many Airbnb in Brazil. Overall experience was nice and the host allowed flexible check in/out

Great accommodation, with air conditioning, bed, cookware, etc. High-standard, secure building with 24-hour concierge, very polite and caretaker, as well as the host, who responded quickly by phone app. We use the swimming pool, ofurô, sauna and drinking fountain at the barbecue area and gym. Downstairs shower was burned and replaced the resistance the next day. Excellent location in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Less than 10 minutes walking to the mall and restaurants, and about 30 minutes to Dock Station.

Hugo was very helpful and remained available throughout the stay. The apartment is super cosy and comfortable, ventilated and quiet space. I will definitely return when I have the opportunity.

the house is just like the description. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. An excellent environment for those who have a quiet place and close to everything and transportation available 24/7. The host and his family members are very attentive, always helpful to the demands of their guests.. It was a very good experience. I hope to return soon.
