In our cozy, lake home, families will never want to leave after spending your time in the heated pool till Sept 15, lounging on the pool deck, or taking a stroll to the nearby beach and playground. Anglers will be minutes to the Audubon and Lake Sakakawea Boat Ramps. The private, fenced in yard allows your family to gather, play yard games or just sit by the fire. Lake Audobon is the backdrop of this vacation home with fishing, swimming, hiking and more.

Outdoor Getaway

Relax with the whole family, for a hunting trip, birdwatching, fishing, hiking, or just to get away. House is located 2 miles north of Lake Audubon, 12 miles east of Garrison, 6 miles from Totten Trail, and 3 miles from boat launches. Canoes for rent, plenty of parking, hunting dogs welcome (please call on other pets.) Dogs must be in a kennel in the house. Dogs not allowed in the beds. Currently some exterior grounds construction. Basement is complete.

Early Bird Retreat

The Early Bird Retreat is located between the popular boat docks in Riverdale, Wolf Creek, Totten trail, and Garrison. You will have access to the large fenced-in back yard, along with deck, outdoor grill, and firepit. The 4 TV's are supplied with ROKU and free Netflix, the living room TV is supplied with local channels. A queen air matress is also available. There is a chest freezer in the home for your use. The house is quite and a great place to unplug and unwind with the family. A short walk to the beach or a quick drive to the boat ramp. There's also a delicious restaurant within walking distance, and less than 8 miles to the nearest grocery store.

The house is tastefully and simply decorated to be comfortable and inviting. This is a private home so there may be limited closet or drawer space. There is a laundry room that has a clothing rack for guest use. There is a workout facility half a block away, a variety of places to eat within walking distance as well as downtown shopping, parks and if needed a walk in clinic.
