Perfect little Gem for a quiet couple of days away. Maggie was very responsive to all our requests. Apartment was spotlessly clean and everything you needed... home from home ! Lovely little touches like fresh milk and biscuits. Lovely village and so close to Rutland Water so enjoyed a good few walks. We will be back !

The photographs don't do 'the pod' justice, it's much bigger than it appears with a large landing/hallway dividing the rooms. Stayed with my young family but would be very comfortable even for four adults sharing. Absolutely immaculate and in pristine decorative order, even the 'air' felt clean, dust free and clear. As it was a chilly time of year to visit we were especially grateful that the heating was effective but also felt like the home had good airflow and wasn't at all stuffy. A quiet location just off the high street and away from busy roads. Easily walkable to all that St Ives has to offer. The host Tolly was extremely helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Kams place is one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed at. It looks incredible in the pictures and it's even better in person. There's a reason it was ranked as a top 5 airbnb in england. He is also a very thoughtful guy, from writing us a personal message when we arrived to the fact that he allowed us to mail some football tickets to his home and gave us his mail key to check if they came in. If you're coming to Leicester and you don't book Kams home, you're missing out. Thanks again for an absolutely perfect stay.

A lovely, clean and homely place. With free parking for 2 cars right next to the property which was important for me. Don and Amos replied quickly and the place was immaculate when we got there. I would definitely recommend 👌

Great stay , Harmeet was very friendly and always responded efficiently. We were allowed to check in early as the apartment was ready for us. Parking was great either adjacent to the apartment or the side street opposite the property. The apartment was very clean and a great location, not too far from the areas we wanted to go. 10/10 stay , highly recommend to others.

Steve kept us in contract throughout and made our stay great. Never used Airbnb before so this was a great touch from the host. Will definitely use again

A lovely clean home perfect for what we wanted it for. We loved the little goodies and personal card written for us. The place was spacious and beds comfortable. The coffee machine was a bonus. A little nag was that all the windows had blinds instead of curtains so the light shining through woke us up super early. This was only a nag for us due to having super late nights from being at wedding functions and were hoping for a lie in ;) A perfect stay though. Thanks Sumayyah!! Will definitely be booking again.

A really nice and modern apartment, very near the train station, featuring all the most up-to-date facilities. the only small issue was a lack of velux blind in the bedroom, to keep the light out ( not so much of an issue in the winter) other than that a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay. Sanjay's communication was excellent as well.

Jennifer’s place was warm, clean and very cosy. The snacks were a great addition and the annex was nice and private too. Perfect for my work trip.

Definitely home away from away the minute we walked theough the door. Was absolutely spotless, but had lovely little touches that made it feel so homely and comfortable. The bed room was a good size, with comfortable bed and lovely clean linen. With added essentials like a hair dryer and iron, the room really was great. The bathroom was spotless, shower was easy to use with great pressure and the water temperature was perfect. Living room come dinning room was our favourite room, nice and light with big windows, tv with netflix. Comfy sofa bed, and all the amenities you could possibly need. Honestly couldnt fault a thing sbout the apartment and would be booking with James again in the future. Communication with James has been brilliant throughout, as he always replied a quickly, and made sure we knew we could ask him anything. Was very happy for thr price we paid for the apartment especial due to its central location and proximity to a wealth of food outlets and shops. Thank you James

Really lovely stay, the place was immaculate and Dave/Debbie were really helpful. Really liked the little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks as well. Was a really nice comfortable home away from home. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks guys!
