Beach condo vacation rentals in St. Simons Island

The condo it's self was soooo beautiful ! The decor was beachy , uplifting and comforting . You are honestly with in a 5 minute drive to anything/anywhere you'd like to see .. We very much enjoyed our long weekend ! Would recommend 100% ! April the owner always responded quickly . Super nice and sweet !💗

The home was very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, great location, convenient distance to the beach, had a wagon, umbrellas, chairs and beach towels available. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing three days staying at Beth's place! My in-laws go down every February for five weeks and invite us to join them. This is the first year that we've gotten our own place. It happened to be two doors down from our in-laws, so that was perfect! We will definitely stay here again!! The views and the balcony can't be beat!

Carols place was great. It was extremely clean. The bathrooms were a little older but the paint was fresh. The facility was great. A nice pool and multiple jacuzzis. Very easy drive to many resturants.

Bonnie, along with the home, were great. Easy to work with and very responsive. Great location.

This place was amazing!! Super close to so many great restaurants and things to do, and right on the beach which was perfect! Laurel was so friendly & responsive and gave great recommendations!! We had a great time and will be back for sure! Would definitely recommend staying here :))

The condo we originally booked had damage from hurricane Helene and the host was able to find us an equivalent property nearby without any issues. The place was clean and everything was great. Would stay here again.

This was the perfect Airbnb for a long weekend on St. Simons Island! The condo complex was beach front which makes all the difference and just a short bike ride away from town. We will definitely be coming back!

Really, the only issue was getting in the door which we called and got an answer right away. (We had to simultaneously pull the doorknob while you push the big button at the top to get it to unlock.) Everything else was perfect! I do want to share my crazy story about coincidence! I emailed Emmons Realty before my trip about a question I had about Charlie, my Emotional Support Animal. I got the friendliest response back that couldn’t have been nicer! The 2nd night we are in St. Simmons, we go out to Iguana’s Seafood Restaurant (which I highly recommend!) and sit outside on the bench to wait. The lady I sit next to asks me if my dog is an emotional support animal, which I tell her that he is. She knew his name and said she is the Emmons Reality agent that I emailed a few days prior!!! What are the chances of that!!? I definitely recommend using them for your trips!

Janet is a delightful host and her condo was perfect for my adult children and my grand. So much seating. The kitchen has everything a family needs. Perfect location. Very clean! Check in/out is very simple. Location is easily walkable to the park as well as the Village. Easy bike ride to the beach. SSI vendors have perfected the ease of renting golf carts and bikes with free delivery and pickup. All the companies know Ocean Walk. The pool is across the parking lot from the condo. Janet also has a lot of beach chairs for use. Everyone is so nice in the complex as well. We will definitely be back to Janet’s place! ❤️🏖️🏝️

Kim’s condo was well stocked, comfortable and conveniently located. We walked to restaurants, shops and the beach all within 15-20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place..plenty big for 7 of us plus 2 large dogs. The kitchen is extremely well stocked..everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving feast!! Loved the beachy decor plus very functional and enough space at the table and in the living area for all of us to be together. We all agreed that this would be a place that we would definitely come back to.

We had a lovely stay. The condo was as described & very comfortable main living area, squeaky clean & only a block from the shops. It was very quiet as well. The bedroom bed was very comfortable; we slept well! We would stay again!

We had a great stay, and the condo was beautiful. There were a few minor things we needed to have maintenance fix, and they were so incredibly responsive and totally on it! I would completely recommend this condo and this management company. great responsiveness and amazing customer service is hard to find!

Beautiful home with an even better view! Loved sitting on the porch with coffee or wine and watching all the dogs enjoy the beach. Nicely appointed home with enough room for privacy.

Such a nice place to stay! The house was impeccable and the location was convenient. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom was worth every dime! I would stay at this location again.

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a beautiful condo with a great location. It is much bigger than it looks in photos! The kitchen is fully stocked with nearly all equipment you could need. You can walk right down to the beach from the property. There is a heated pool and hot tub. Parking was very easy! Property management was very communicative and helpful, even when we had an issue upon check out. I would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone I know heading to St Simons

Ocean views everywhere! Large well-designed kitchen with quality cookware and dishware. Bed was very comfortable. Walk-in showers were great. This is a well cared for unit.

The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. Ryan was extremely responsive and friendly. Fantastic view and great amenities on property. Everything was very clean! Beds were very comfortable as well, which was a huge plus! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit St Simon’s Island!!!

Beautiful property! Very spacious and lovely decor. Sometimes photos can be deceiving, but in this case the pictures didn’t do justice to the interior. The grounds were also nicely landscaped and well kept. Extra conveniences like luggage carts and shopping carts made loading and unloading a breeze. The walk to the beach was very easy, even with kids. Amazing view from the big balcony! Highly recommend! Our kids had a blast catching crabs. We would love to come again!
