Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in St. Pete Beach

From now on, this is my 1st look when I’ll be in St. Petersburg. My son and I visited Eckerd College and to have an 18 year old say, “Dad, this is so much better than a hotel. It’s like being at home!” The restaurant vibe downtown is amazing and it was 4 minutes by car. I have a bad hip, if not you could walk in 15-20. We ate at Bonu which was as good as restaurants in the North End in Boston. Gwen and Rick genuinely care about their Airbnb guests! Great coffee, too! You won’t go wrong!

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Marilyn’s place was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! She was very nice and extremely helpful. The check-in was super easy and very well detailed. Everything looked exactly as pictured and it was super clean. She is very considerate of her guests and even had beach supplies for us to use if we wished along with a kitchen full of cookware and utensils.

Great place. Walkable to many different things. Great neighborhood.

Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. This was our first time renting an Airbnb so that was so helpful. This is a great condo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and more.

Felt safe, despite initial concerns over the neighborhood. The furnishings are not ideal for someone with mobility issues, as everything is either very low or very high.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and varies restaurants. The place was squeaky clean and it had a refreshing feel to it. Andrea was a great host who communicated before, during, and after our stay. I definitely will stay here again when in the area.

Great house - safe area - had one small issue that was taken care of right away! Would recommend this ABnB to anyone looking for a place near Tampa or even Orlando. Great value.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Eric was extremely responsive and really went out of his way to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The property is as described and did a great job at meeting our needs for our staying in treasure Island. The unit was all started in the washer and dryer was huge as it allowed us to pack lighter. It’s a quick walk across the street to the beach. And having access to the pool was a nice place when we wanted to do something a little faster.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We loved our stay here! Right on the beach. Very relaxing getaway. We watched the sunset right from our little patio area. Kelley is great to communicate with. Very responsive. Check in/out was super easy. Can’t wait to visit again.🩷

This is an amazing place! Everything we wanted; walking distance to beautiful Clearwater Beach, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean with beautiful furniture and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back.
