A true gem of a location. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Its the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature's beauty.

We took a small vacation with my sister’s family and we loved the location. Our kids enjoyed the small play area in the basement with the arcade machine and foosball table. We cooked every night and they had all useful appliances. We used the Ninja air fryer and Keurig machine every day. Since we went in January after a snowstorm the road was a little hazardous to use and the lake was completely frozen, so we spent most times indoors. We did enjoy going to the dock and looking at the frozen lake. This will be a great place to visit during the summer, they had Kayaks to use and a nice dock to jump from and fish. We would definitely come back.

Andrea’s place is great. It was exactly what I expected. The place was clean, great location and just what I needed for my stay. The views are amazing! Andrea was responsive and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Pat and Nell were such wonderful hosts. It was the perfect mix of function for a nearby swim meet at St Mary’s and relaxation like a mini vacation. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are nice and the shower is wonderful. Although we didn’t use the laundry it was so nice to have accessible units so we could dry my son’s swim suit and towels in between sessions. The location is just beautiful, filled with lots of history which Pat was so gracious to share with my boys and I. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the shore. A very comfortable home. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful, with easy check in and check out. The kitchen was particularly lovely and well appointed! The house number is a little small so keep an eye out. And the mosquitos were fierce - don’t forget bug spray! Thanks, Patrick!

We had 3 great night stay. Toby and Kim are super kind, they provided a lot of info. before we arrived, and responded very fast. The cattage is very nice, not very modern, but lovely, and the environment is quite and cozy.

An extraordinary place to rest & recharge. The views, the comfort of the home, and the gorgeous walking trails, through woods & beach are a perfect combination. Everything we needed & then some.

The location was absolutely worth the trip. The beaches were peaceful and pristine. The community was quiet and well kept. Absolutely lovely place to get away from it all.

Easthaven was probably the best stocked and most well-appointed place I’ve ever stayed! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need (including snacks and coffee for us), there was an abundance of linens, and any indoor or outdoor game you could want. We were all blown away by the sheer amount of amenities! Abbie was responsive and helpful and the house was full of thoughtful touches. Zero complaints - already looking forward to coming back sometime!

Terry’s place was just what I was looking for. This quiet neighborhood is located on the beautiful cliffs along the Chesapeake. The beach was truly magical. It was so peaceful and I enjoyed walking along and collecting fossils and shells. Terry was such a friendly and gracious host making sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. She let us use her space and guided us to many activities and attractions nearby. We really enjoyed hiking the nearby wooded trails as well. She even took us sailing! We look forward to visiting Terry’s place again!

This was a wonderful getaway for my family and friends. We had two toddlers that loved the river beach and pool. There were plenty of toys to keep the kids and adults busy!

First you couldn’t get more beautiful views! It was winter and below freezing so we didn’t use any of the sporting equipment. They had tons of games, retro video game system, tons of blankets and towel. I Airbnb often and this is one of the best mattresses we have had. We brought our pups and they loved the little yard! I would come back for sure.

We went to Brigadoon for Christmas to get away from the city for 5-6 days. What a delightful experience! Brigadoon is a beautiful home, with outstanding views, large bedrooms and bathrooms, and a wonderful (and well equipped) kitchen. We enjoyed walks, Pam's restaurant recommendations, and a winery or two; we also watched movies and football games on their very nice TV using the strong wifi. What really stood out was that Pam had decorated the house for Christmas, so that we felt very festive for Christmas Eve and Day. What a nice touch! We would definitely go again.

We really enjoyed the stay at the River House. We are a repeat customer and the house did not disappoint us. The host is very gracious and everything is just as the website has it listed. We enjoyed the amenities, lots of videos, games and the hottub. There is a short walk to the beach which we visited twice a day. We loved every minute of it! Thank you!

Shannon and Len's place was exactly as listed, the description of the marina and area were very accurate. I especially appreciated the "little extras" in the apartment: Sleep Number bed, soft bedding, fluffy towels, great water pressure in the shower, well-outfitted kitchen, coffee bar, extra snack treats, enjoyable outdoor space with adequate seating, and the lists of recommended area attractions. My hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating! I had limited time in the area, but I did take advantage of hiking in two nearby state parks. My best time was sitting on the "beach" or deck and watching the sunset as I listened to 1970s/80s tunes! I would definitely stay again!

The description of the place was very accurate. Great property, very peaceful and private. Had a great long weekend stay with our children and friends.

What a magnificent home! Beautiful views of the Chesapeake and amazing sunsets! We came for rest and were restored by the views and comfortable home. Great kitchen with holiday decorations just for us! Dark sky area so many stars at night. The home has a telescope and several pairs of binoculars. The area eagle visited twice. A wonderful get away

I had the pleasure of staying at Island Time to celebrate my 55th birthday with my husband and the birth of our grandson, and it was nothing short of amazing! Melissa is a Super Super Host—incredibly meticulous, responsive, and accommodating. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and maintained, and smelled wonderful. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to make guests feel at home. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedrooms and pristine bathrooms, Melissa ensured that nothing was overlooked. I especially loved the Alexa feature—just saying "turn on the shower" added an extra touch of luxury! If you're considering renting Island Time, don’t hesitate—book it now! If I could give 100 stars, I would. I’m already looking forward to another occasion to return!
